Would definitely recommend honest working man who came checked out the problem, realized that it wasn’t a drain issue and didn’t even charge me truly appreciated his help.

I had Boston Drain fix broken in my home and I recommend them highly. Their workers did a fantastic job. Chris and Deb where so kind. I recommend this company on the highest level!!

If I could I would give zero stars. The work crew was very rude. Leaving the gate to my yard open despite being asked to keep it shut. They then proceeded to swear loudly outside the window where my son was sleeping. I asked them to keep it down. About an hour later the swearing started up again "we don't have the to keep the f***ing gate shut, we don't have to keep our f***ing voices down." I went out to ask them again to stop swearing. "Dave" told me he had a permit so it didn't mater what I said. I told him if the swearing continued I would call the police and he said "go ahead". I did call the office to complain and they seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than actually dealing with the problem.

I have been having a problem
Where my gutter pipe would overflow and I would have a pool in my back yard. I called Boston Drain they came out I wasn’t sure they could help but they snakes out the outside drain pipe which was thoroughly clogged. They made sure it was clear all the way down and made no mess.

Ask for the second or the third quote from different companies before accepting any work from this company. They used scared tactics, withheld information, and inflate the job to take advantage of your problem. We were told by them to replace the entire system for $30k+. The second quote by Hercules Drain was $5k and Boston water and sewer inspector confirmed the extent of the problem. Boston Drain also did not provide any written quote, price , or detail of the job. They are not to be trusted

Called on a Saturday for a blocked kitchen drain,. I got a return call quickly and Mark was at my house within an hour! An hour later my problem was fixed. Professional, skilled and well priced.

Mike is absolutely the finest tech ever. We have some non-standard plumbing, and he was able to diagnose and genuinely **fix** things so that the problems have not come back, after months.

Ask for Mike. Professionals of his caliber are worth it.

Installed new drain connection from building stack to street as we had a 100 plus year old trench system. This project couldn't have been run poorer. There was little to no management present, communication was terrible and the employees were unprofessional and got in verbal altercations with neighbors. They were disrespectful to the residents living on site and they couldn't careless. I would never recommend this company. I have twenty projects going as we manage 4 plus million square feet and this has been terrible from day 1. If this wasn't an emergency repair, we would have fired this vendor and hired a competent vendor.

As a property manager I have been using Boston Drain over the years for clogs. One of our properties is over 40 years old and has all cast iron pipes going every which way... it is certainly not an easy job to snake whenever there is an issue. We rely on Boston Drain because they are timely, they always show up when they say they will, and they have been 100% successful on every clog (and we have had some bad ones!)

I had them come to my home in back in March of 2017 to clear a drain because of a root problem that I was upfront about. They cleared it and gave us a 3 month warranty. Since then they have had to come out two other times in 2 months to keep cleaning the clogged drain. They were supposed to come on Monday June 5th, 2017 early afternoon by 4 o'clock. I called them asking when they would be here. They stated that they would be here by 6:00 pm. That would not work because I had a previous engagement. A woman I spoke with gave me a time frame between 9:00 am to 11:00 am, but stated I have to give a time frame but will we will be there first thing in the morning. WRONG again! No one showed up until 10:30 am AFTER I called to see where they were! Unacceptable!

The tech finally showed up up just snaked it with a camera showing me the problem that I already know about. CLEARLY this company has poor communication skills. Instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, the tech spent the ENTIRE time trying to sell me on getting the lines blown out by a company in Newton, MA. There is no guarantee.

The 2nd time they came, they left a hot mess with an inch of water in my bathroom. These guys used my personal bathroom towels to sop up the mess and I believe poured something on them ruining them. Mind you, these are NOT cheap towels from Walmart. Try $30.00 towels from Bed Bath and Beyond. I called and complained about this visit to a supervisor and explained what happened. I went through all 3 visits and the man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude to me. He said, "You've already told me about that, you've already complained about that. Let's go to the new complaint." Unreal. I used them back in 2014 and I'm guessing stopped because they didn't do a very good job.

To this day 6/10/17 the toilet is still leaking and it is still clogged. Totally incompetent. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them! Stay Away!

We had a broken pipe on the outside of our house that was causing all the sewage to back up into house. Called Boston Drain and they were quick to send someone out to clear the clog where they discovered the broken pipe amd I also had a sagging pipe under my livingroom floor.. They gave me an estimate on the spot and sent two teams out the next day to fix it. One team for the outside excavating the ground and another team to dig through my concrete floor. They were in and out in a few hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. This is the best place to go for all of your plumbing needs. I'll never go to Roto Router again. They are extremely overpriced and try to push services on you that you don't need. Chris, Juan, Kyle and Tim thank you for all of your hard work.
