I hired this company to repoint my brick stairs, and just two years later the mortar is completely crumbling apart. Bricks are loose, gaps are forming, and in many areas it looks like they used dirt instead of actual mortar.

This is not just a cosmetic issue — it’s a safety hazard and clear evidence of poor workmanship.

When I called to discuss the issue, I was ignored. After I left a review, I received a text accusing me of lying instead of offering any solution. The response was aggressive and completely unprofessional. They’ve made no attempt to take responsibility.

I’m now having to pay someone else to redo the job properly. Please learn from my experience and avoid this company — they do not stand behind their work, and their customer service is hostile when you try to hold them accountable.
