Joly and Service Right are the BEST!!! I had an issue with my HVAC system where we lost heat and he came promptly to investigate the issue and knew exactly how to fix it by replacing a key part. Joly is so gracious, kind, and attentive. He’s very honest and truthful on what the issue is and what it will cost, which you don’t often find in the line of HVAC repair with the bigger providers. I would recommend Joly to anyone looking for HVAC repair he’s the best!!!

I heard about Jolly from a friend referral. He arrived with a high level of professionalism and respect. He then analyzed and diagnosed the problem with my boiler without wait. I am happy for what I paid for, I would definitely recommend service rights to anyone who doesn’t want constant recurring problems with their boiler

I was referred to Service Right because of their expertise in servicing steam heating systems. They were very prompt and came the day after I called for service. Jolly (the owner) took the time to explain what he was doing and why and did a very thorough job for a reasonable price. He even called the next day to see how the furnace was performing. I will definitely call Service Right again when I need service.

Annual maintenance on Navien tankless system. Jolly is punctual and professional. Job completed quickly and with minimal disruption.

Jolly was a great help! He completed the task of replacing the automatic water feeder to one of my boilers in a reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable price. But he didn’t just replace my water feeder, he improved the piping flow to it. On top of that he identified an issue with how the expansion tank of a different boiler was not secured properly and became loosed from the ceiling structure causing a tremendous amount of stress on the piping. He took the time to properly secure it for me. And on top of that, Jolly told me of a way I could get my boilers replaced for free. So yeah, I would call him in a heartbeat if ever I needed his services again.

Jolly is technically gifted and knows exactly what was wrong with our Navent heating. He identified quickly that it was a pressure issue and was quick to replace the sensor. We plan to use him for all our service needs. Stongly recommend.

Absolute highest rating. The reasons are as follows:
1. Very responsive: In both cases when i called Service Right, Jolly returned my call quickly and both times serviced my furnace same day. I'm sure he is unable to do this all the time, but it made a huge difference for us (furnace was not working and it was cold).
2. Extensive knowledge: Jolly was able to diagnose our issue quickly and resolve the issue in short order. The two issues we had (2 years apart) were: a bad thermostat causing a short that was blowing the fuse in the furnace; and a bad sensor. In both cases the fix was fast once diagnosed.
3. Great rates: Jolly charged very fair rates.

Service right is a company with high integrity. They are honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Jolly came in to service my boiler. He did his best to save me money on the job and helped to manage problems with my second furnace for my second unit. Jolly called the next morning to see if we still had heat. I would highly recommend Service Right, LLC and I intend on using them for all of my heating maintenance needs.

Service Right has been my mechanical contractor for over 2 years. He has helped me with my AC and heating issues in a rental I own. Jolly and his team were instrumental in getting the heat and hot water running again in my rental. They installed an entire system in less than 10 days with a major holiday when no-one was working. Jolly is the most reliable heating specialist. He came out on Sunday evening and repaired heating problem for our tenant. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, fair price professional. I have already recommended him to family and neighbors. Highly recommend him.

Cannot say enough good things. Our AC crapped out on a Friday night before a heat wave which left us panicked and frantic on how to keep my little toddler comfortable. Jolly showed up at the crack of dawn on a Saturday, quickly ran through troubleshooting, and then provided a competitive and complete estimate to replace the system (we knew it was due). He was able to get us up and running quickly in a tight space and you’d never know he was ever in the house. I’ll never use anyone else.

They were very honest and only charge me what was broken even after all the work that they did to try and repair it, but since it didn’t fix it, they didn’t charge me for it. They only charge me for what was actually broken. I’m going to make them my go to guys for HVAC. I don’t know if they also do plumbing, but if they did, I would make them my plumbers as well
