My heating system was not heating up my house I call service right to come and look at it I explain to the guy what was happening to my heat and as soon as he came out he know what was the problem he even showed me what to do next time but I think I'm going to call them again if I have any more problems. great customer service I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

I had to have a new central AC installed and found Service Right online. I was amazed by their consistent 5 Star and high BBB ratings. I’m happy to say Jolly and his team lived up to their high ratings and more. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I have about 35 years of work done on my condo. by many different technicians. Service Right is the best. There was clear communications from Jolly at all times. Robert and James were always on time and did a fantastic job. There were very knowledgeable and patient in explaining other issues found with my system which they fixed, and they were very tidy when they were done. Jolly surrounds himself with competent and hard working people and runs a very professional business. He was extremely helpful with an excellent electrician recommendation when one was needed. I recommended them highly for your service needs. I plan to use them for future maintenance.

I contacted Service Right for a faulty baseboard which turned into a burst pipe. They came back the next day and fixed it very efficiently. It wasn’t a simple job. They were prompt and efficient.

Very grateful for Service Right, LLC. (Proprietor Mr Jolly). Replacement of a Circulator Pump on our Gas Fired Hot Water Heating System which included draining of water from the system and bleeding of all radiators. Excellent and Honest Work… Work Ethic.

I had a very pleasant experience with with Service Right, LLC. My boiler was not working. I made an online request for an estimate repair at 2AM. By 8AM I had a call back and by 9 AM the tech was at my house expertly resolving my boiler issue. His many years of experience quickly enabled him to troubleshoot the problem. I knew from the start that he wouldn't have any parts for my 25 year old boiler. The drive to the supply store took longer than the actual repair. Once the tech had the new boiler part he quickly installed due to his many years in the field working on boilers.

Service Right has done fantastic work on my old steam boiler heating system. They have helped me get the system back running during an emergency, and I have had them come back yearly for annual maintenance. The steam boiler has been running great ever since I had Service Right get the old system tuned up and maintained properly.

If I could give you more than 5 stars with Google I absolutely would. This man went above and beyond to fix my heater system. He wasn’t just professional — he was kind, genuine, and deeply compassionate. The part I needed was very expensive, and he did everything he could to find the best possible price for me. He made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving and didn’t rush the job.

In a world where it’s hard to find people who truly care, he restored my faith in humanity. If you’re a single woman or someone who’s ever felt taken advantage of because you don’t know much about home repairs, this is the person you can trust without hesitation. Highly, highly highly recommended!

We appreciate Jolly's attention to detail and honesty to tune our heating system. Two other HVAC places said our system needed full replacement without even investigating the system. Comparatively, Jolly looked at the system and was quickly able to pinpoint which part needed repair. He also explained pros and cons of replacement and repair to help us with an informed decision.

Jolly and his team are excellent. They were quick, responsive, thorough, and fairly priced. It's clear they take pride in their work and stand by their service. I cannot reccomend them enough. I'll never use another provider.

Best customer service and response time. I have used Jolly and his services before and would refer him to anyone who needed him. He is honest and will likely figure out and address the is within the hour. He is stored in my phone for emergencies.

Discussed furnace problems at length beforehand. Sent cost estimate to me first. Agreed to that, asked for service technician to come. Said he would be here in an hour and arrived right on time. Got the furnace up and running quickly.

We reached out to Jolly for a quote on a replacement Gas Boiler after a different company said that our furnace was dying and needed to be replaced. Despite it being a Sunday morning, he came to our house within the hour, inspected our boiler, and gave us hope that instead of a $20-16k replacement, he could fix the issue. He and a colleague came back two days later and had it up and running safely in 2 hours, saving us thousands of dollars. I am extremely appreciative of his knowledge, ethic to fix and not upsell us something we didn’t need, and his very swift action. I highly recommend his services.

I called Service Right in the evening after being unable to fix my boiler (on a very cold day) and was amazed at how quickly Jolly arrived at my home.

Our condo unit has a Combi furnace and water heater unit from a lesser known brand. Last week we lost hot water and several companies either weren’t familiar with the system or were hesitant to service it. Service Right(Jolly) stepped in right away. He came the next day, diagnosed the issue, and got everything working again. I would absolutely use and recommend Service Right and Jolly.

We had a problem with the boiler not firing in the middle of the night so I found the number for Service Right and they came out to help. Jolly responded. He came in and started trouble shooting, found a couple of issues which he fixed and was on his way. He did a wonderful job and my house is nice and cozy again. Jolly was quite knowledgeable and I feel quite confident in his work. I will not hesitate to call him in the future.
