Tree took out power line at 2 AM. Called Power company. They said "gotta cut your power; you need lic electrician to fix power at house, then inspector says ok, then we come and re-connect power". So I called an umbrella electrical service organization and ended up getting connected to Sylvester Electric. By 8:30 AM (same day) Sylvester said that they would have "Bob" out to my house about noontime. Bob showed up on time, got my electrical fixed by about 5 PM (the electrical pipe had come off of the house, the meter was hanging: replaced all), inspector blessed the job and called the power company. Power company came about 11:30 PM, power back on about 1:30 AM.
VERY SATISFIED with Sylvester Electric: demeanor of everyone involved: Molly on the phone was caring and pleasant to deal with, and Bob and (sorry, can't remember name) who showed up on time and did a great job, were quite personable and very forthcoming about the work that was necessary and what the cost would be. -

Jim and his partner did everything we asked of them. The were efficient and told us everything we needed to know about the jobs.
We would recommend them to anyone.
