It was a great experience working with them. I asked for assistance with my water heater replacement, and they sent Freddy. He responded immediately and his technical skills were amazing. I got the heater replacement done in just 30 min at a fair cost. Surely looking forward to hiring them for another HVAC job

We hired this company to install a new furnace before winter. The crew arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently. They walked us through how to use the new thermostat. Everything has been working great so far.

Watch out if you are thinking to use them to install new heat hump or such, they are NOT in MA heating rebate company network, hence customer cannot get rebate, and it was not clearly noted before. though back then they were responsive and worked hard (We contact other HVAC company first but can’t get it fixed. They came in and nailed it in two days. )

They installed the new heat pump to my house without proper electricity setup, causing the machine stop working multiple times within the first six months, and the last time the wire was burned, which is extremely dangerous.

I had a problem with my water heater and most likely needed a new one. The person I spoke with was nice and an appointment was set for the next morning. I waited and waited, and I called a couple of times, nobody answered and the person who was supposed to come never did. No call no show no explanation which is completely unprofessional. Thankfully I was able to find another PROFESSIONAL company and the job was completed.

I'm sorry to say that our experience with Home Service Doctors was not good. After our heating unit broke during the last storm, the technician showed up, spent not even 5 minutes looking at our unit and professed that it was unfixable and that we'd have to spend $10,000 to get a new unit. Luckily we made a second call to a different company and saved $7,000 to repair the unit that was in perfectly good working order, but just needed a small replacement. Save your money. Look elsewhere
