Reviews of local pros in Duxbury, Massachusetts

Knowledgeable, reliable, friendly service. I was amazed at how much was accomplished and will hire them again.

Prompt and professional. Extremely efficient and thorough. Cleaned up yard when finished.

Chuck and his crew are honest, on-time, and thorough - no matter what heavy yard project I've hired him for. Our family is new to the area and he's been a terrific resource.

Highly Recommend!!

Chuck was on-time and professional. He did an exceptional job of taking down two trees for us. One of the trees was intertwined with a cedar tree, which I wished to save. Even after my husband told him to take down the cedar with the other tree, he amended his schedule and took the extra time to dislodge the offending tree while saving the cedar tree. I was so happy.

He also trimmed some trees around the ones he took down at no extra charge, and cleaned the area so that it was hard to tell he was even there. He even cleaned up the leaves that were collected in my driveway against my stone wall!

If you need tree service, this is the guy to call!!

Would highly recommend the team at Phillips! They came on time, worked quickly and the area they worked in was cleaner than before they came.

Great experience working with Dave & the team. They were thorough & efficient. Highly recommend!

The team was great to work with, super effecient and even came a day early! They were in and out quickly and left the area cleaner than they found it- would highly recommend!

We hired Plillips Tree Removal to take down two very large Oak trees on our property. These trees were probably 100 feet tall and close to a lot of stuff that could easily be damaged. The overall project tok a few days, but I feel that they went above and beyond to always leave the worksite clean and safe between days. They even ground out the stumps, brought in soil and hydroseeded the area! Dave and his crew were super professional and really care about doing an excellent job. They were right there with their estimate, so I will definitely use them again!

Phillips Tree Company has been pruning and—and when necessary--felling trees on our Duxbury property for decades. Our most recent project involved a huge crane and the removal of nearly a dozen trees, mostly very tall white pines, all close to our house. The crane operator and the Phillips tree team worked together efficiently and very skillfully. The tree foreman, Dave, did the impressive acrobatic aerial work that targeted only the threatening trees, leaving the surrounding shrubbery to grow. Phillips respected to the dime the amount that was originally agreed upon, even though the tree work and the paperwork took longer than anyone expected. A scrupulously honest and incredibly skilled tree company, what more could anyone ask for? We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done in Duxbury or in the neighboring towns.

These guys are the best! We’ve had to do some major tree work on our property (and have more to do in the future) and Phillips Tree did an amazing job. Dave and his team were fast, professional, and thorough every time they came to our property. Dave is also just such a great guy with seemingly endless knowledge! We’re super happy with the work Phillips has done and will absolutely use them again for our next phase of property maintenance. Thanks guys!

Loved how both my front and backyard turned out, would love to hire him again.

Advanced Landscaping is great doing everything from our yard to the driveway in the winter.

Reliable and always reasonably priced

Advanced Landscaping in Duxbury was incredibly responsive during last month’s blizzard. When our regular snow plow couldn’t get through, their team showed up quickly and cleared us out without hesitation. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Reliable, professional, and there when you need them most.

Very good job

Excellent job showed up on time very professional very nice to talk with very skilled workers took no time at all cleaned up after themselves and we’re done. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

Advanced Landscaping was very committed to doing an excellent job in our snow removal over this strong winter. They truly were excellent and we are very thankful!

We can't recommend Paul and his team enough! They helped us completely change the front of our house - everything from ripping up our lawn and laying down sod, replacing our stairs with bluestone, creating a walkway, getting us set up with a wifi controlled sprinkler system and a new bed for plants. We are so happy with how it turned out!

Everything the team planted last year survived the brutal NE winter and already looks great this spring. Straightforward estimates and excellent landscaping services.
