So unfortunate when you give a contractor a job to do but the lack of communication & delays after taking your money is keeps happening. So no, don't trust them.

I’ve been using Mark for almost 20 years, and you can’t ask for better service…Just a snapshot of what I’ve had Mark do…I’ve had him do simple things as install outdoor lights to more complex things like replace my backstairs,build a deck around my pool renovate a kitchen,install new floors the list goes on…you name it Mark can do in a timely as quoted manner and at an affordable price,,,I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mark and his crew again and again, and as I write this I have him coming next week to do more work for me…You want a contractor that is honest and sticks by his work and is with you the whole way through this Is your guy.

I had Tritto Services remodel my kitchen and they did a fantastic job. New cabinets, new countertop, new sink and even installed a new dishwasher for me! They were super professional and the owner Mark walked me through all the details, costs and schedule and stuck to it which was very important to me because my kitchen was going to be unusable while they worked. Tritto Services was on schedule throughout and beat some of the prices of a few other places that I had quotes from. The final product was top quality and I couldn't be happier. As a bonus, I found out that Tritto Services also does drain cleaning and on another occasion I had them water jet my bathroom pipes that were backing up a little bit. In less than a half an hour, my bathroom pipes from the sink to the shower to the toilet were all running great! No more back ups! I would highly recommend Tritto Services for any home remodeling service. And don't forget the drain cleaning too!

Mark did a repair /replacement for me on a small job. Most businesses don't take small jobs but Mark came through and it was perfect. Personal note , I've known Mark for about 35 years and he's first class and his business is as well. Nit only would I use him again but I'd recommend him to anyone.

Mark has done work for me at two locations. He has remodeled a bathroom, replaced the main drain pipe, installed appliances and replaced a sink at our former residence. He has done some bathroom repairs at our current residence. I would call him in a minute for any work needed. A+++++ Service!

Mark replaced a poorly installed, exterior roof deck door, reflashing the opening, shingling the whole area and installing a storm door. The door leaked a lot during wind driven rain. Mark’s knowledge and experience were evident as he took me through the issues and developed the plan to resolve the leak. He even provided a guarantee! He was super communicative and kept me up to speed during the whole process. I will definitely use him again! Quality contractor.

Mark did an absolutely amazing job remodeling our kitchen from scratch. He took the time to provide drawings/ renderings of the space and answer any of our questions/ concerns on aesthetic and materials both at the beginning of the process and during.

He was always available and paid great attention to detail to make sure the final product was exactly what we wanted, while also being extremely fair on price. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone in the Boston area for their repair or remodeling needs. We will definitely be using him again!
