A gem in East Longmeadow if you love planting and gardening. My wife always visits when she is looking for something that other stores won't carry. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

This company doesn't stand behind it's warranty. We have contacted them multiple times to come and replace a shrub that died within 6 months. They kept saying they would come and relaplce it and now they are ignoring us. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware

Came out tore up our shrub beds. they left mid-job and never came back. I asked them to move the old rock to another spot- they just discarded it
Won’t respond to reschedule. What business does that?

Wide variety and everything looks hearty. Nice variety of garden ornaments.
Didn't see much for hoses or those accessories... but there are plenty of hardware stores for that.

I was so happy to find a local place to buy my wife a Studio 56 Snowbabies figurine as I do annually at Christmas. They have a great selection of Christmas items and great, friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent selection. I bought some concrete downspout diverters for super cheap, they work great. Friendly happy people, helpful and kind. We'll be back.

Everyone is great!!! Easy to find. . 2 years ago I started coming here to buy my snowbabies. It was a tradition my Memere started that I kept going. . They have the best gifts for all ages. .

Graziano Gardens is super amazing! They will forever have my business, and referrals. Although I live in Springfield it is most definitely worth the drive because they provide customers with 5 Star Services!!! You are the absolute best, and Thank you all for everything.

Graziano Gardens is one of those places where you can buy some pretty unique decorations on the holidays with a warm or nostalgic feeling. A lot like what garden centers use to be like. The quality is much better than the common stuff and cheap stuff we all get at the big box stores. All the purchases I have made here hold up very well and even the flower and vegetable plants seem to produce much better than other places I've used. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to assist even helping you load your purchases.

I love Graziano Gardens! You can always find unique and beautiful gifts as well as plants of any kind. Not to mention they have the BEST Christmas trees around and such fantastic customer service. They are always so great with my children. They love going to the garden too.

Good variety/selection, but it was unfortunate that they couldn't at least pretend that we were welcome there (the woman might as well have a sign on her forehead). Beyond getting into the possible reason why, I'm so glad we found a more friendly and organized garden center to enjoy not too far from this one. There's not many in the area and Graziano had great reviews but it's not the type of place to treat all customers with respect.

Great Mother’s Day treat to come out and get perennials for the garden. There was a lot of variety and the staff was super helpful on such a busy day. Evan was great at helping load all of our new flowers into the car. We will definitely return!

This garden center is way bigger than it looks from the road. We found a perfect cut leaf maple as well as had a great interaction with the staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about all things plant and outdoor related. They deliver loam, top soil and mulch as well as offer services to help you plan new gardens and flower beds. Highly recommended.

Didn't like that the store was closed during posted hours after waiting like 2 weeks to check this place out.

Kept seeing their ad in the local paper and made plans to ditch the kids to go spend some $ on garden supplies, but when I get there I'm asked to leave because the store is closing. Even after I mention the posted hours and show him the newspaper ad, he says he doesn't know anything about that. This guy could've been the owner for all I know, certainly looked the part.

Unfortunately, very disappointing, but whatever I guess. After all, there is plenty of competition in the area who are ready to take my money and don't close up early.

LOVE Graziano's!! They made my Mom so happy for Mother's Day!! I was an out of state - last minute call and they went above and beyond to help me create the perfect gift for my mom! They delivered her the most beautiful rosemary bush she has ever seen - with a gift card so she could buy some beautiful plants for her garden. I am so thankful for all the help they gave to me and the quality plants they have. This is an awesome place and I am so happy I found them!! I highly recommend to everyone!! THANK YOU!!!

The staff is very experienced and has an excellent handle on all my
gardening questions. They also have a great selection of accessories
for the garden and lawn. They never have a shortage of help. Forget the
box stores, I always get what I want and how I want, shopping here.

My yard was in rough shape and looking rather unattractive. Graziano did an amazing job and it looks so much better now! They chose a good assortment of shrubs, grasses and a cherry tree for a back yard area along my fence, next to the garage, and some areas around my house. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend their services.

I have been a customer of Graziano Gardens for many years. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They all work hard to provide quality plants, flowers and supplies. All of the plants and flowers I have purchased were well-cared for and have thrived in my garden. The entire staff has also been very responsive to my needs for special things like sod and mulch. I am an avid gardener and Graziano’s is at the top of my list when I need flowers, plants and landscaping supplies. I highly recommend them and encourage you to stop by and see what they have. You will be glad you did; Graziano’s is the best!!
