Water Heater broke and had no hot water for the kids to shower. They were able to come out that same morning and fix the issue. Knowledgeable and very responsive. I definitely recommend them and will be using this company again. Great overall service.

Called Boulangers plumbing last Friday on dec 14 -18
I called for service and the gentleman on phone just
Took my number and said they would call me back
Lucky I found someone else the same day to do the repair . I had no heat in my house and the weather was 27c
I could understand that they are busy this time a year but at least a call back would have been appreciated.
I live in Easthampton and like to support local businesses. I guess they either don’t need the money or new customers or just don’t care
I had to give one star which was the minimum to be able to post but in reality I would give them a big fat zero for there customer service
Until today still no call back from them
As a business owner my self I know word of mouth is the best advertisement. I will make sure I share my

I listed this company in my contacts as emergency. This is the 2nd time now that they were able to fixed something that decided to magically break without any warning. They were very professional and reliable. Keep up the great work.
