Constraction reviews in Everett, Massachusetts

Dico has done phenomenal work for us in fully renovating our garage and building an enclosed porch. He's very honest, a good communicator, and friendly. He does great work!

Dico and his team have been great to work with. We have used him for many projects including full bathroom renovation, remodeling, painting and general carpentry. He communicates very effectively and is easy to work with. He and his team are very clear with timelines and schedules. In addition, all of the subcontractors he uses and recommends have been very good to work with. I would recommend him and his team highly.

We have been using their services for years, for the regular be-weekly cleaning and the construction, when needed. You can totally trust them, their work is reliable, fast and good. Strongly recommended!

I have worked with Dico on 3 major renovations now and at this point I would never consider working with anyone else. He does great work at fair prices, he is a pleasure to work with, he’s honest and he truly strives to make his customers happy. Highly, highly recommended.

Outstanding service! The girls are so friendly and kind and do an amazing job cleaning. The house smells so wonderful when they are finished. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and reliable cleaning service!

We are working with Dico and his team to add a new garage and 2B1B on top in Brookline. It has been great experience. They have high standard of what they are doing, very patient with my questions, and very good with communication about the plan and next step. They always show up or let me know why they are not here. They are true to the agreed budget and no hidden charges. They made this renovation so smooth and stress-free for us.
