Very responsible team! They cleaned everywhere, from bathroom, living room to kitchen, wiping, dusting, mopping almost every corner of my house. Highly recommended!

I booked a 2.5 hour cleaning. Two cleaners arrived on time and cleaned 3 bathrooms 1 kitchen, and mopped the floors and offered to thoroughly clean a bedroom. Everything was extremely professionally done. The cleaning lady also ask me to inspect everything when it was done. They did a great job. Not one spec of dust. Will hire again.

Rude, bad customer service and bad cleaning quality! Especially, Agrimaldo the company owner is very rude and sends automated texts and emails throughout the week. When I gave feedback I was blamed as a customer.

There were so many issues:
1) They have horrible communication to begin with. After they sent me a quote and an agreement to clean weekly they started sending me texts that now they can only clean biweekly because they have taken on more customers they could handle.
2) I was being sent automated emails and text messages without actually having an invoice attached in them.
3) They sent me a presentation asking me to supply everything from paper towels to cleaning products to even vacuum cleaners for their team!
4) Biggest issue was every time they missed to clean something! When I gave feedback after constant reminders to clean at least the kitchen properly I was blamed and sent a rude text by their owner!

Katia did a wonderful job cleaning my home. She was prompt and professional and took great care in her work. Also very affordable.

Kátia and her team are wonderful! They are efficient and thorough in their cleaning, at a reasonable price and a pleasure to work with. Even my puppy loves them! I highly recommend them for any type of cleaning. I also recently had the pleasure of working with Agrimaldo to clean our carpets. He was responsive and reasonably priced and he did an outstanding job. I will definitely use him again for future rug cleaning.

Christiane cleaned my apartment before my move-out inspection. It was really easy to coordinate with her and she gave me her cost estimate up front. She did a fantastic job cleaning the apartment (1 bed/bath) — I wasn’t home at the time, so she offered to send me a bunch of pictures afterward to make sure it was all set, and then my building’s management company confirmed that she did a great job.
