Yimi has been working on my yard for more than a year and has been outstanding! He is always timely and thorough in his job. My lawn is always looking great and he takes responsibility for maintaining it well through the year. I would highly recommend Yimi for any yard related services

Jimmy is the best not only by his amazing work which was alot on this project but his personality and compassion for his work and clients is truly amazing. He didnt rush the day we met and he listened without making you feel he was in a hurry. Very respectful. I highly recommend this company. Work completed and results are awesome. Thank you.

Alvarez Landscaping has attended to all my landscaping, stonework and snow removal needs for several years with outstanding results. Owner Yimi Baquedano and his team are meticulous in their attention to detail and his pride in his work is evident in all he does. Frequently I am asked who did my beautiful stonework or lawn care and plantings and I have recommended Alvarez Landscaping many times. I will continue to highly recommend Alvarez Landscaping .

I was uncertain what to expect, but wow, I had an amazing first job done by Jimmy and his crew. It was a short notice request to remove three 20-ft dead Evergreens from my yard, and some overgrown bush clearing. Two hours later, it was cleared (roots and all), removed off premises, and they cleaned up everything. Highly recommended!

Yimi and his team performed an incredible clean up of our entire property. It was in pretty bad shape and now it looks respectable and absolutely fantastic! Setting up the service was very easy, and the pricing is reasonable. I wish I would have called him sooner!

Amazing work! I highly recommend Yimi and his team for your landscaping needs. He’s profession, polite, and gets the job done well and on time. He even came the next day for me to cut the grass when my guy didn’t show up. Wonderful and beautiful landscaping!

Great service, friendly, and did a fantastic job! Had pavers done in my backyard and it completely changed the space for a very fair price. Highly recommended!

Alvarez Landscaping is amazing! They have came to take care of our lawn since we bought our house! Yimi is always on time and so responsive! The price is so fair and the quality of work is amazing. Only company I trust to take care of all my lawn needs.

I have been using Alvarez Landscaping for the last couple of years and I can truly say I have not had a better landscaper.
My lawn has never looked better, they do a great job with cleanups, trimming bushes, and all my landscaping needs.
I cannot recommend Alvarez Landscaping enough. Truly a great company to work with.

Alvarez Landscape is excellent. Their response time is great, have competitive pricing, and are flexible to work with. They took out all of the weeds/brush from my side and backyard, trimmed an overgrown tree, installed mulch and grass lawn. Would recommend.

Alvarez Landscaping is a top notch company. We had a patio done by them and it came out beautiful! They are very precise and particular about their work and make sure everything is perfect! I would highly recommend them for any job big or small! They’re great people as well!

I HIGHLY recommend Alvarez Landscaping, Inc.! They did an AWESOME job on all my landscaping needs, trimming of shrubs, bushes and trees, along with mulching! You could see the PRIDE the Team took in their work. They worked along side with the customer's needs/wants.
If you want to feel like you have hit the landscaping lottery, give Alvarzez Landscaping a call! You will be completely satisfied with all their services!

The team at Alvarez Landscaping did an amazing job at my house. They were super responsive when I called them and were able to squeeze me in within the week. They cleared my yard of weeds , cut the grass, and even removed some leaves under my stairs that had been bothering me for a while. I will definitely continue to use them this season for maintenance and for all future seasons.

Alvarez Landscaping has done an amazing job on our project. I am a. renovation contractor and we are building a garage in our clients backyard. We hired Yimi to move a tree and extend a driveway and turning pad. Yimi was really easy to work with, great communicator, neat, and very professional. The work is perfect. I'll attach a photo of work in progress ,as I don't have a finished photo yet, but the detail work is great.

Alvarez Landscaping did a great job with both a spring clean up and mulching and then a fall clean up and gutters. Yard looked great when they were done and I will definitely be using their services again.

They were amazing. We have had a lot of experience with contractors and home improvement services-and Jimmy made it quick, easy, and did super professional work. He answered all our questions along the way (even the neurotic ones) and was super understanding and came up with a solution when he found a mistake with our former patio, that wasn’t crazy expensive. Easy to work with and FAST! He took care of our small patio like it was his own. Thank you, Jimmy and crew!

Aguia was the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. He gave frequent updates, took photos along the way, asked clarifying questions, and was completely transparent with his quotes. Meaning what he quoted is exactly what we paid, there no surprises.

He was also prompt for every appointment, which anyone who has hired contractors knows is genuinely rare.

The scope of work included repainting an entire condo unit, drywall patching, updating doorknobs and hinges, and installing new flooring. He took great care of our belongings throughout. The finished result was beautiful.

I've already hired Aguia Home Services again for another job, which says everything.

Highly recommend.

Had our kitchen floor redone and a new dishwasher installed. Good quality work and very reliable.

Great quality!! Works fast, very reliable and can do anything! I refer him to clients for that are getting ready to sell their home.
Highly recommend!!!!

Mazza was great to work with. He was always responsive and his work on our basement turned out beautiful. I really appreciated that he took my ideas and concerns seriously.

Mazza renovated my full bathroom and also the half bath. Totally transformed my ugly bathrooms to modern, contemporary class. Awesome job. I'll hire him again for my next project.
