Appliance Repair reviews in Fall River, Massachusetts

The refrigerator in our garage began making a loud buzzing sound and the cooling performance slowly declined. At first I assumed the compressor was failing, which usually means a costly replacement. Instead of jumping to conclusions, the technician performed a full appliance diagnostic including airflow testing, condenser inspection, and electrical checks.
The issue turned out to be a damaged condenser fan that was restricting airflow and causing the compressor to overwork. Once the fan assembly was replaced and the coils were cleaned, the refrigerator returned to proper temperature within a few hours. I appreciate service professionals who prioritize accurate troubleshooting before recommending major repairs. -
My oven wasn’t heating properly and baking became impossible. The repair visit was thorough without feeling slow. Once the faulty part was identified, it was replaced cleanly and the performance improved immediately. I’ve already used the oven multiple times since with perfect results.

From the moment I scheduled the service, everything felt organized. My dryer had stopped spinning, and I suspected it might be a motor issue. The technician confirmed it was a worn belt instead and replaced it on the spot. It’s the kind of appliance repair experience that restores confidence in professional services.

Stay away.they sent 2 different tech to fix it they have no clue what they doing
-
Half hour late but he did the job. Pricing surely up there but that comes with years of experience or YouTube videos as the guy suggested.

The gentleman that came out twice to fix my piece of crap whirlpool dishwasher was awesome. He fixed it twice for me when the other repair company couldn’t figure it out.

Our company manages 450 units in the area. We purchase all of our appliance parts from them. We also have moved our appliance repair business to them, they do a great job.

Although not broken, I had issues with both washer and dryer that were over 7 years old. The service was really good particularly with customer relations and scheduling for service. Everything was fixed and complete within about a week. Parts were quite pricey and seemed to be slightly innocuous to the functioning of the appliances ($693 when complete) but everything was smooth and now my worries about having to go out and purchase anew are gone. A successful transaction! I would definitely return for service here!

Just purchased a new fridge about 6 months ago. All of a sudden everything was defrosting and the fridge/freezer stopped getting cold. Appliance care sent Peter who came in and knew exactly what to check for and replaced the part within 15 minutes the fridge is back in working order. My family and I appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge on what needed to be done. Thank you Peter!

The owner and service tech were both very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the challenging issues of extended warranties. The owner went above and beyond trying to talk sense to Frigidaire. I would highly recommend this repair service. My reviews for Frigidaire and Electrolux are exactly the opposite and I would never recommend their appliances to anyone!

Had to have these guys come out a couple times for the junk Lowe's sold me. Absolute professionals who kept me informed every step of the way. They were punctual, quickly diagnosed the recurring issue, and fixed it correctly on the second visit. It's a huge relief to finally have a working unit. Don't waste your time elsewhere; trust these experts with your appliance repairs.

Got off to a rocky start with the scheduler who called to schedule our appointment and the owner of the company. That being said, they did what they said and sent their tech to our home first thing Monday morning. Peter was professional, knowledgeable and thorough, going above and beyond to listen to what we had experienced with the refrigerator and the recommendation of a service rep that had been sent by GE earlier. Peter never contradicted the past service, but quickly assessed the issue and went to work to repair it. He was done in just about one hour. He was clean and handled our appliance with care. In the end, they did what they said they would do and that's the best customer service you can provide. Thank you, Appliance Care and Peter!

I would not recommend this company for any service. If I could give them zero stars I would, but I had to give them at least 1 star to post this. The customer service rep just called me and wanted me to pay $175 just because they came out to my house.
When I made the appointment for service there was an error message that came up for a motor and drive issue, but when the tech came over the washer machine was working fine.
So the customer rep (I wish I knew his name) told me that if I did not pay them the $175 just for coming out to my house and running my machine for a few minutes to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my machine, he was going to just send the bill to my house and when I don't pay the fee that he would report me to the credit bureau.
That is ridiculous and his attitude was very unprofessional. I just want anyone else who is thinking about hiring this company, to take heed and make sure that your machine is actually broken before they come to your house. Otherwise you will get the nasty customer representative give you a call and demand you pay them the $175 just for coming to your house, whether they make a repair or not.
If I were the manager at this facility, I would terminate this guy as a customer representative, but keep the technician, as he does not know how to talk to customers. If he was the manager, that just makes it worst. The technician was more professional than the customer rep. I had no problem with the tech. He was great to talk to on the phone and was helpful.
I will make sure that none of my friends use this company as a repair service provider because of my experience. I will also reach out to Maytag and make sure that they are never referred to me as a repair shop if anything goes wrong with my washer or dryer in the future. Not sure how they managed to get a 4.4 star rating after being in business for over 10 years with this guy working for them. Hopefully, he's just a newbie... -
The appliance repair technician provided excellent service. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the necessary parts to fix it on the spot."
