    UNION PLACE

After watching these guys completely drop the ball at my apartment complex I’m compelled to post this review. In ten years I’ve never seen a contractor fall so short of simple tasks such as plowing and sanding.

My complex has seven buildings and roughly 300 tenants, and they have one bobcat to plow during snowstorms. A legitimate landscape company would see the merit in having a truck plow first, and the bobcat do the cleanup. This company is content to drop three people off with shovels and call it a day.

The three people they do employ to do this complex breaks down to the following:

One ignorant individual to use the bobcat who gets angry when you ask him to do his job. His day consists of driving around in circles, or drinking coffee in the garage to a degree where any company would be embarrassed. I’ve seen operators that are 15 years old who are more efficient with a bobcat. For two months I’ve watched this and it’s a level of laziness equal to that of a town DPW worker on a hot summer day.

Two individuals who walk around aimlessly and shovel when they feel like it. Usually throwing sand around for hours so they can ignore the other tasks.

Bottom line is this, these guys might have the lowest bid, but you get what you pay for. This the most incompetent landscaping company I’ve seen in a decade and the sad thing is ANYONE else can do better. They’ll show up late, they won’t plow, and when they do it’ll be a 10% job at best.

Update: As this is written they're still walking in circles, and drinking coffee as tenants struggle to get out of the parking lot.
