I reached out to Chad recently for a last minute commercial landscape project in Fall River. Chad took my call even though it was late on a Friday night and outside of business hours, and was able to review the project and get me an estimate within 24 hours. Chad's crew worked tirelessly overnight and through the weekend to complete the work. His crews were punctual, professional, and did great quality work with meticulous attention to detail. I would feel very comfortable recommending Rock Solid Landscaping to anyone for landscape and landscape construction related projects.

From start to finish Chad and his crew were amazing! He was out to provide an estimate within a day or two. My husband and I really like nature and would love if we could just let half the lawn be an overgrown refuge for the deer, but alas, neighbors don't like that. The last landscaper we had listened to what we wanted then cut everything down anyways and charged an arm and leg for it, which was so disheartening. But Chad? He was very attentive as we pointed out certain plants we wanted to keep and marked what we did and didn't want him to work on. The estimate pricing was excellent. He came to do the work within a week of the estimate. Came not too early (which was nice since I hate waking early), reviewed what we wanted done, then he and his crew of 2 got to it. It was really nice how few and personable the crew was, and they worked very fast and efficiently. Our yard was a huge job and they still got everything done from 10a-3p with a lunch break. It was amazing! Also, as they worked I noticed they moved bugs out of the way from getting hurt and they did a great job identifying plants they could save through transplanting. AND they only touched what we had requested. It looked exactly like we were hoping, maybe better! Then getting the final bill it was lower than the estimate, which is always very nice. I will ABSOLUTELY be booking with them again, and will not be looking for a new landscaper again!

I recently hired Rock solid landscaping for a project in my backyard, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. I was having issues with water in my basement and Chad went above and beyond taking care of the issue. He was able to find the main source of water problem. Other companies had no clue about the main issue and would've just waisted my money leaving me with water in my basement still. Chad replaced some pretty major support and structural damage that was hidden behind what nobody else could see. Taking out all the rotted wood and replacing it. What every homeowner would want to be done, the absolute correct way. He was able to also install a french drain outside the area where the issue was. Making sure that everything was completely secure. And the best part of it all was his "PRICE".... Extremely reasonable and worth every penny. Chad and his crew are nothing but professional. I absolutely recommend going with Rock Solid. You won't be disappointed 👍

Chad and his team at Rock Solid Landscaping are the BEST! They're all very professional, detail-oriented, friendly, and are a hard working team. They have transformed our backyard from a barren lot of nothing more than weeds to a beautiful oasis.

Patio came out very nice. However, I feel the customer service could have been better. They tried to tack on fees for things that were already in the final quote when speaking to me vs my husband, which when confronted was resolved but we did feel that was sneaky. They were quick to start but were slow finishing up as they went to other jobs before finishing our patio (we had to text to inquire when they would be back to finish up as they did not inform us).

We contacted Chad to remove old dirt, replace it with new loam and sod the entire yard. He also installed cobblestone around all the flowerbeds. Chad and his team did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend and will be reaching out to him for future projects.

Chad and his crew were great they guided me a my wife after our backyard needed a very big face lift. From loaming and grading the back yard to laying beautiful cobblestone and redoing some very old garden beds. Him and his crew were on time, organized and really took pride in there work he had great communication throughout the entire process. They cleaned everything up after everyday including washing my patio down. I would certainly recommend Chad and his crew for any landscaping work.

I contacted Chad for a quote for some landscaping. Removal of old much and replacing with blue stone (flower beds and around fruit trees). Along with the clearing of a weed filled rocked ledge Chad promptly replied and was at my home to get started within a couple of weeks.
Upon his arrival, I found him to be courteous and interested in hearing exactly what I wanted done.
I observed Chad and his crews work throughout the day. I could tell the project was going to be a success. I was so impressed with the work that I asked him if he could provide me with another quote for another upcoming project. I highly recommend Chad for your landscaping needs. Rock Solid Landscaping did a fantastic job on my project. Chad trimmed a giant, overgrown shrub that came out beautiful. Carlos cleaned up tall, thick weeds that overgrew the whole area around my garage. Both men were polite, friendly, professional and hard working. They were very conscientious about the job and the clean-up was amazing. I'm thrilled with what they've done so far and have contracted for additional work. They come highly recommended.

Chad and his worker did a really good job for me. They dug and leveled the dirt because stairs were too high and I couldn't open my door. They dug, placed the stone and leveled the stairs. Also moved dirt into my garden bed! What a great job!!

Chad and his team are true experienced professionals. My yard leveling and stone driveway were a monumental undertaking. The job was completed to perfection. They take time to make sure it is done with quality in mind. I would recommend them to anyone and have plans for future projects with them.

We had an amazing experience with Rock Solid. Chad was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would be there and did a fantastic job. Worked very well with MAG irrigation to coordinate the install of our new system and finishing up the sod install. We couldn't be happier.

Tanisha did an amazing job cleaning from top to bottom. She cleaned all appliances including the fridge and meat freezer. She disaffected everything and left everything smelling soo goood. On top of that She was so sweet and helpful. I would calll her again in a heart beat

Tanisha was amazing. Replied fast, always friendly and professional. Very thorough and definitely worth the money! I just had a baby and really needed my house cleaned. She fit me in fast, showed up on time, and stayed longer than she planned just to make sure the job was done right. She deep cleaned my bathroom and kitchen.. 5 stars, would definitely recommend her if you need any cleaning done.
