I called glow cleaning and I spoke to a nice lady, they told me someone will be coming to my house to give me a quote. When they arrived neither of the 2 people could speak English I couldn’t even ask them to leave because of the language barrier and all they did was take a video, no one gave me a quote. I could of took a video myself and sent it over. A whole day later and no one has contacted me about a quote. I won’t be choosing Glow cleaning. Complete, complete waist of time. I recommended anyone looking for cleaners to use the app Thumbtack.

Loved this company so much they always answered the phone and worked with me to get an appointment immediately that worked with my schedule. Upon arrival they were very friendly and warm. They took a good amount of time and cleaned very thoroughly leaving the house spotless and ready and safe for me and my kids to move in. Would hire them again in a heartbeat! We recently sold our home after 25 years of living there, and after emptying it out, realized just how much it needed a deep cleaning. Monica and her team were very quick to respond to my online inquiry and they did an AWESOME job hitting all of the areas of the house. The attention to detail on things like the appliances and cabinet interiors was especially appreciated! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve been using Glo Cleaning for three years. I started on a monthly basis and now I am doing every other week. The service has always been excellent and it is also easy to reschedule or change appointments whenever I need to anything that I’ve asked them to do they do and do it very well.

Glow Cleaning was very responsive. We have very clean conscious tenants because of severe allergies.
Glow Cleaning did a wonderful job making sure to cover certain items with plastic and reduce airborne dust during the cleaning process. They did an outstanding, thorough job and will recommend them to others.

HIGHLY unsatisfied with this company. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a cleaning company.

Cleaning techs arrived late, with no communicated about being behind. They were blatantly rude. They didn’t speak English, so communicating was difficult but I did my best, even downloaded a translating app on my phone. They were just flat out unpleasant.

My house was left is complete disarray. Furniture wasn’t put back, blinds were left crooked and half open. The bed in the master bedroom, which was clearly used to stand on to clean the ceiling fan, was left wrinkly and messy. Everything that was moved around, was left just like that. I had to spend an ample amount of time just putting my house back together.

My kitchen appliances were half cleaned and splotchy. Crumbs from breakfast still on the kitchen chairs. My living room wasn’t touched. No dusting. No vacuuming. Nothing. I have stairs leading down to my living room and they were left filthy. Covered in dog hair, dust and dirty foot prints.

I noticed some dirt on my kitchen floor so I decided to run the vacuum. Within 5 minutes my vacuum canister was almost full. This was a DEEP cleaning…AND an expensive one!

So utterly disappointed.

Our experience with Glow Cleaning Company is nothing but 5 stars. I called because we needed an emergency cleaning, since our basement was flooded due to rain. We removed as much of the water build up as possible, so it was not so much of a water clean up, just any residue that came in from the flood. They also performed a deep clean of the remainder of the house and it was spotless. The job they did on our floors was spectacular. We loved them so much that they are now coming by twice a month for regular cleanings. Highly recommend!

Basement deep cleaning was ordered and charged price was $1,320.00. This is a relatively small basement, small amount of wooden furniture, bookshelves, and storage bins. No junk to get rid or large amount of stuff to move. Two young ladies (pleasant) but thought they were doing only a general clean. Two other staff members were supposed to join them but apparently were unable to. Part way into the clean, it was clarified with them and the staff at GLOW. I offered them to reduced the cost based on their staffing shortage issue needed for the required deep clean. I was assured that these two could perform deep clean. Everything looked neat when I went down to check and I paid with a check the agreed price. But a couple days later went to reorganize and discovered cob webs , dirty sticky floors, old mouse droppings, and dirt and dust everywhere on the floors and walls. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone I know. I did contact them (after I received a request for a donation) for their charity work, only to be told that my paid price of $1,320.00 was fair for the service they provided me. Very disappointing.

Glow Cleaning Services saved the day for me! It was move in day for me at my new place in Middletown, RI - I arrived at 8am to get the keys and discovered that the landlord had not did a proper move out clean like he promised. The place was a mess, so dirty and disgusting. I panicked and called Monica at Glow, she was so friendly, met me at the apartment within an hour to give me a quote, and they were able to accommodate me, day-of. They cleaned the entire place within 3-4 hours. It was spotless! Monica and Maria did such an amazing job! The price was completely reasonable, they were all so friendly, and I was able to move my stuff into a clean apartment later that afternoon. They really saved the day. I will definitely be hiring them in the Spring to come and do a deep clean of the place again :) Thank you guys for being awesome!

Glow cleaners, Monica and Maria just finished a move out deep cleaning. They never stopped working! They were professional, on time, meticulous, conscientious and friendly. The house actually looks happy and smells wonderful. The tenant left it in unbelievably ick factor condition! I was embarrassed to have them see it. It was sparkling when they finished. Definitely recommend them! Needed to build a gym in basement and needed it clean. I called Glow and they took care of it in a timely and professional manner at an affordable price. Will use their service again!

I paid for a 3/br 3/bath deep cleaning, but the crew only cleaned the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and never touched the living room, kitchen or half bath downstairs. This was a Christmas gift to my parents, so I wasn't there in person to see the teams work until later in the week. The team did not return to finish the job I paid for because I didn't call their customer service within 24 hrs, so make sure you call right away if there are any problems. I did not get any refund, only a verbal apology. I did the service to make my life easier, but instead it was a disappointment. I was not looking forward to making call to communicate my disappointment. I won't be using them again or recommend them to anyone in the area. Maybe I was given the wrong crew. The customer service beforehand was great!

Hi Glow, The Deep-clean was done on July 26th and today is Aug 21st, so it wasn't a full month ago yet. That would be Aug 26th. I was so disappointed with the service I needed to wait till I was more level headed to leave a review. I also feel this wasn't fair to me. If you trust your employees to visit a property on their own, you should trust they would tell you they didn't finish the job. I'm not sure what your employees were thinking. They didn't even touch the third bath which was clearly stated I paid for, but it was also noted they would clean the kitchen and living room. It sounds like your employees remember how dirty their house is haha. Maybe they should have called and said this is too much to their manager, but my mother said their phone was out of battery when she tried to call their boss. I was the middle man during this process because this was a gift, so I couldn't help 24hrs after or during the visit. The 24hr policy for complaints is restrictive when one is away from the property longer than that. I wanted to be truthful and see it with my own eyes. I'm not sure how to change my review.

Our crew did a fantastic deep cleaning on our house! They were soooo incredibly thorough, got all the filth out, and left the house sparkling. Monica and the crew were so sweet and easy to work with. We are so so grateful and highly recommend Glow!!
