Esta compañía fue referido por frigidaire, la nevera fue comprada en julio y para septiembre ya no estaba funcionando llamé a frigidaire y me refirieron a ellos por medio de la garantía, el señor dijo que tenia muy llena la nevera que por eso no estaba funcionando le echó agua le abrió una tapa saco todo lo congelado y tiró agua caliente, ahora estamos en octubre y otra vez con el mismo problema y otra vez me refirieron con ésta compañía y ahora dijo el señor que esta fallando porque segun él yo dejo la puerta abierta le dije que no es asi y se molestó y se fue y ahora volví a llamar a la compañía explicando la situacion y quedaron de mandarme otra compañia y mi sorpresa fue que era la misma compañia la misma persona y cuando llegó y me bió se fué sin hacer el trabajo es mas ni bajó de su vehículo. Que mala experiencia espero no les suceda a alguien mas.

Washing machine was leaking. They looked at, told me the water valves needed replacement. They charged me $125 just to tell me this! I don't understand why they couldn't replace the values while they were here. I was able to get the values at the hardware store and replace them myself. It was easy. You would think a business that repairers washing machines would provide thus service. Instead I paid $125 for nothing

Worked on my new oven 3 different times. Wasn’t able to fix. Broke the cabinet upon putting oven back in. Refuses to fix and blames my sister as he asked if they should put it back the way it was. Snapped the wood. Claims he’s not a carpenter and will not fix but to just use wood glue. Use someone else.

After Samsung could not connect us with a repair person in our area ( Hamden County MA), we randomly selected Allen Appliance Repair off the internet, and had no idea if our issue would be solved. Not only did Allen diagnose and repair the leak in our refrigerator, but he was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable about our refrigerator and its parts. He explained the problem clearly, and his price was fair. We would not hesitate to call him again, and highly recommend him.

I had problems with my Electrolux dryer tearing my clothes and the lint filter getting ripped out, sucking clothes in the dryer vent blades. The store that I purchased this from was not able to figure out the problem after multiple visits. Electrolux made an appointment for Allen’s Appliance to come out, look at it/ repair. Allen’s Appliance diagnosed the problem very quickly & ordered the parts in order to repair it. Less than a week later, they had the parts and were back up to repair it. Al was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time & honest. I will be purchasing my next Appliance at Allen’s Appliance. Great service is hard to get and Allen’s Appliance was excellent!

Allen's never fails. They show up when they said they would, honest, and easy to work with. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Having been ripped off by a crook the day before, I hesitated before having Allen come. But he took the necessary time to identify the problem with my fridge, fixed it, and reassured me that it was accomplished. He has been doing this for a long time and knows exactly what to do. I was ready to replace the machine and now hope to have many more years. My highest compliments to his professionalism!
