"From the beginning, they were professional and well-organized. My husband and I explained to Igor what we wanted, and he not only immediately understood, he also made some suggestions that we incorporated that make the deck flow better and be more functional. The construction crew was top notch. Polite, respectful, professional - no wasted time, the work site was left clean once the deck was completed in one day. I would have no hesitation highly recommending this company to anyone looking for a quality deck. 5 Stars ⭐️

I am extremely happy with both the quality of the finished product, a composite deck, and the overall service I was provided. Out of the four companies I received quotes from, RC Exteriors was the only company to bring physical samples; they had PVC and Composite boards and all the color options. Additionally, these guys didn’t price gouge. Their quote came in exactly where my research said it would be.

The only thing I was concerned about was these guys build their decks 16” on center. Even though I was reassured by one of the installers that’s within the manufacturers spec, I wanted 12” on center. They worked with me, and I was only charged for the additional materials to build it to my desired spec. Which I’m very appreciative of.

I will be recommending these guys to anyone I know who needs deck work done.

We had a fantastic experience with RC Exteriors in replacing our wooden deck with Trex. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and skillful from start to finish and the project was completed even more quickly than we expected. Their communication was very clear and I knew what to expect at each step of the way. We have been painting and fixing up our old wooden deck almost every summer and are excited to use something that is both beautiful and so much easier to maintain. The cost was also very reasonable considering how long it will last. Highly recommend!

I had a great time experience with RC exteriors. I wanted a rather large 40ft long, two story deck with two sets of stairs. The build was difficult because the house and the garage didn’t line up, so this was not going to a be a cookie cutter job. RC exteriors had no problem making the most of the space I had and incorporating all of my requests. I highly recommend them.

We worked with RC Exteriors to rebuild an old deck that was rotting. The team did an amazing job working with us on design ideas and structural ones as well, re-using existing structural pieces from the house and what was there before. They were pragmatic and prompt, even helping us save some $ by buying trex during tax-free weekend. We’re huge fans and would love to work with them in the future as well.

Igor and Alix from RC Exteriors are absolutely wonderful!! They built a beautiful deck for our above ground pool, and we love it! Everything we wanted was realized. Reasonably priced, and always polite, professional, hard-working, neat, and clean. The work area was always tidied up each day, and they even took their shoes off each time they entered our house! When Igor and Alex first came out to give me a quote, they noticed that my new fence was missing screws in various places. They spent the better part of an hour of walking my land and fixing my fence…and I hadn’t even hired them yet!

I was getting estimates to have my current wood deck of 20 years replaced with Trek decking. The calls started pouring in and I met with one contractor after another. Some using manipulative tactics to try and get me to sign a contract. I'm not new to this so I kept looking. Getting close to the end of my list I reached out to RC Exteriors and set up an appointment for them to come out. Igor and Alex showed up on time and they came prepared. They didn't have any manipulative tactics in their pockets. All they had was the full line of Trek Decking samples and descriptions. We talked about my deck and what could be done. We had found out from a previous appointment that our 20ft wood deck had absolutely no center support. The horrible images flashed before my eyes of what horror "could have happened". Igor and Alex made it seem like it was not a problem and they would add a center support while rebuilding. We hired RC Exteriors and there was a wait. They were booked out a couple of months and because of their knowledge of the product (they are trained Trek installers) I was not surprised. We said we could wait until Mid-August for install. Fast forward to Mid-July. They had a break in the schedule and could come do our deck earlier than we expected. It came out beautiful. What a difference it made on the house. We have a great warranty from Trek as well as an installer warranty from RC Exteriors. They were fast, efficient and cleaned everything up making it look like Noone was there at all. All my neighbors are complimenting us on our beautiful deck. Thank you RC Exteriors. We will be referring you to all our friends that need deck work done. RC exteriors was great from start to finish. Our deck has some unique features (trap door for bulkhead, oil tank fill pipes), and the crew easily took these into account and made our deck Reno look amazing. Plus, scheduling with them was very flexible and they fit our project in during a busy winter season. Would work with them again in a heartbeat!

They brought Trex samples and photos, which made it easy to make decisions. They offered me a discount for a long wait to do the work, and then came a month earlier that expected! Alex is an excellent communicator, and Igor is the construction expert. He knew exactly what to do, and they did the work very efficiently and with great competence. Igor and Alex installed a 16x30 Trex deck connecting my home to an above ground pool. After receiving 4 quotes from other vendors, they were the most reasonable price wise using high quality materials. The craftsmanship was top notch and they built the deck in record time.
