These guys where great. I wish I could give them 6 stars I have a 104 year old house and for some reason about 15 feet of it was made of wood. So of course they had to remake the vent in metal It turned out to be a little harder to do than expected but it was done in 1 day and was really happy with the price wich didn't go up even though it was a harder job than thought. These guys no there stuff and are really fair on there price

Not sure if the guy they sent was new but he was not informative at all. Responses to my questions were short, not detailed or explanatory as I would have liked since I'm clueless about heating systems lol. Anyways, the guy took down my email and said he would send me a quote. 4 days later, I'm still waiting on my quote. I did call to follow up on the quote, but no nothing still, no call back. I'm shocked because one of the reasons I chose this company was the good reviews on here so I was not expecting this kind of service at all.

I got literally 5 quotes. 1 was for the same type of equipment. They were all more expensive and not by a little. I know the saying "you get what you pay for" but there is also the saying "you pay more when you don't shop enough" The quote was great, the install was smooth, he handled the inspections for our oil to gas conversion project, dealt with Unitil for us. Truly took care of start to finish with no issues. Very professional, clean and smart staff. I highly recommend Twin City! Feel free to write me for any info/reference.

Called first thing in the morning for a broken gas water heater, spoke with the owner, he sent Cameron and TJ out, they both were timely and extremely professional. Our water heater was replaced within a couple hours. Look forward to utilizing them in the future.

Responsive, Knowledgeable, Reasonably Priced, Professional. I could go on and on with the adjectives....Simply put, these guys know what they're doing and they do it well. John came out a d listened to what my needs were. Gave me a price and came back and did the job very well. I will contact Twin City again for any work I need to have done. Reasonable prices and professional.

My sump pump failed twice! John came and took care of the job. I mean he really made sure that the pump would never fail again. He found the most cost efficient route to a resolution. I haven't seen a drop of water leave the sump since he installed a new one the correct way. My only wish is that I called him sooner!

John came over within 15 minutes of me calling when my hot water heater had a leak. Assessed the situation quickly and scheduled a new install for the very next day. Great service!

I had an issue with a gas fired water heater. Water was throughout my basement. When I called in, he was at my home to do a walkthrough with the intention of fixing the issue. He diagnosed that the water heater needed to be replaced. The following day he returned to my home with a new gas fired heater and installed it relatively quickly. He was kind and professional through the process. He was reasonably priced and would highly recommend him to anybody needing plumbing work.

I had a problem with my boiler, there was water everywhere. I called and that day the plumber was there. He evaluated the situation and found the solution quickly. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the problem fixed that day. I highly recommend Twin City Plumbing & Heating.

I recently had them do a couple jobs for me. One turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Regardless, Austin did not give up and completed the job. He was very polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. They stand behind their work and are quick to respond. I definitely recommend yhem.

I just had my furnace and boiler cleaned by them. I moved in to a very old house with my first steam system and the technician did a great job taking the time to explain how my system work and what to expect. The technician was very professional, courteous and took the neccessary COVID19 precautions. Despite this was my first plumbing company in the area I believe the cost was fair. It took longer than a week for me to get an appointment but other than that I highly recommend them.

Hired this company to come out and do some plumbing work for a tub to shower conversion. I did not a get a chance to meet Austin, but my husband says he did a wonderful job and was 100% professional. We will be contacting them for further plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!

Twin City Plumbing has been our to go plumber for many years. From installations to routine cleanings they constantly remind us of their professionalism.

Ray and apprentice Cam were a pleasure to work with! They were able to service our main drain replacement very soon after making the initial call, something we were especially grateful for considering we weren't able to use water in our house. The guys had to snake the drain for a while to get things cleared, and informed us that we could be in for worse-case scenario of a complete dig and pipe- replacement. It turned out that we didn't have to go that route, and knowing that they didn't try to upsell anything with the project just sealed the deal, and left me no choice but to leave this review! We are so grateful to know that there are companies out there like Twin City that don't try to leverage their knowledge of a home system beyond the scope of a DIYer to take advantage and try to charge you for something you don't need. They will officially be our new plumber for the future as we settle in in our new hometown of Leominster.

Austin was fantastic! Very professional and so pleasant. I only needed a new water line put on my refrigerator but I won’t hesitate to call Twin City Plumbers again for a more serious problem.
