Truly the best guys. Astounded by the attention to detail from start to finish. They came out within 24 hours of my initial inquiry in order to give me a quote and then got the quote to me in an extremely timely fashion. That alone is rare. Additionally, I wanted something a little bit different for my project and while every other company I spoke to tried to steer me in the easiest direction, these guys were completely willing to take on my idea and delivered with remarkable precision. Seemingly little things like protecting my plants while they worked and introducing themselves individually by name as the various workers arrived on the job made having them at my house a delight. They went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolute professionals.

I hire a lot of contractors for projects around my house, so I notice when they stand out, and Natural Path Landscaping did just that. From the initial quote, they worked with me to get my vision perfect, then waited patiently as I obtained other quotes. When I decided to go with them, they did not disappoint. Within a short time, the project (granite steps, window well, and surround pavers) was complete. They showed up and did the job well. They were friendly, courteous of my property, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I will definitely be hiring them for future work!

Justin and his team are the best! They designed and installed a patio and granite steps in our backyard and we absolutely love the finished project! They made our vision truly come to life. NATURAL PATH IS THE BEST!!! Their work is STUNNING and Justin is a total joy. We’ve worked with several great contractors, but Justin stands out by far with his excellent communication. He took the time to understand what we wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and was always very responsive. It felt like we were a team working through the entire process from start to finish.

Our old brick front steps were in rough shape and our front walkway needed an update badly. We went with solid granite steps and a small bluestone walkway with a cobblestone border. Justin suggested a larger platform to give us space to open the front door without needing to step down off the platform. At first I was worried the extra space would feel too large but I’m glad I listened to Justin’s recommendation. The steps and walkway are absolutely beautiful, they are the perfect size, and the larger platform makes opening the door much smoother.

Justin and his team work hard. They were at our house around 6 am every day, they were thoughtful to not use loud tools too early, and finished on time and on budget. At the end of each day, we received an email update from Justin with a recap and plan for the next day. On top of all that, the entire team was so nice, they clearly enjoy what they do, and they create a beautiful end result. We love our new front steps and walkway. Natural path is now our go-to for anything hardscape, natural stone, pavers etc. We look forward to working with them again.

In July Touchstone installed a pickleball court in my yard. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous, and always answered all questions I had. The court came out excellent, and as they worked on it, they kept me informed of the timeline and what was coming next. My family, friends, and neighbors commented on how much they liked the new court!

I needed to add one more bathroom to my home and Jose and team did a great job to make it happen. There were many unexpected issues occured during the whole work but they made it . Jose is very friendly and approachable person who was following it up throughout the project

Touchstone did a great job on bathroom remodel. Final product was better than we expected. Jean was a fantastic project manger and was quickly able to fix any issues that came up during the project.

I was very pleased with the work and the experience with Touchstone. They were very professional, made informative, helpful suggestions, communicated well and did many small touches to "surprise and delight" me. One of the most telling incidents was when my son was in the general area of the work being done, struggling to move a couch. The project lead, Jean, jumped right into to help my son. This had nothing to do with the work he was doing for us, he just saw something that needed to be done and helped without hesitation. This is the kind of genuine, observant, logical work and experience you will get with Touchstone.

We used Touchstone to perform some remodeling work in our kitchen. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and also the time period in which they were able to complete the project. Jean the Project Manager stayed in top of the whole process. Once the work was completed they cleaned up and left the kitchen spotless. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them

We worked with Touchstone to add an entryway, bathroom and sunroom to our home this past spring and are very happy with the results—so much so that we immediately hired them for a second project. Jose and Jean have been excellent to work with. I have appreciated their open communication style and accessibility throughout the project, especially as we made changes to the plan and dealt with complications such as moving the gas meter. Jean took the time to explain the building process to us and answered our myriad of questions. It was amazing to see our initial concept become a reality in just a few short months thanks to their expert knowledge and dedicated efforts.

We hired Touchstone General Contractor for a bathroom remodeling, renovation of a bedroom closet and a linen closet, and demolition of the basement. Touchstone did an amazing job on our project. They communicated with us every step along the way and made sure that we were pleased with the results. The staff were very professional and a pleasure to work with. You can tell that the owner and all of the staff really cared about us not only as clients but as a part of the community. That is truly hard to find in the construction industry. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will be working with Touchstone again when we are ready to finish our basement to add livable space.

We needed to remodel our laundry room and we chose Touchstone General contractors. They maximized the small space that we had. They even made room for shelving. They were clear with the cost and stayed on budget. The job was completed in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the quality of there work. They upgraded the plumbing and wiring and everything was to code. I would highly recommend Touchstone General contractors, and will be using them for future projects.
