Can't get past the stupid automated answering service. It asks me to "please enter zip code where you need appliance repair" I put it in, then it asks me again and again... After the third time it says "Sorry, your response is taking to long" and hangs up on me. There is no option to bypass and be directed to a human... Tried a few times just in case it was a bad connection...

Do not use this company! They contracted my work out to another company. The person came to fix my fridge, charged me almost $300, was there less than an hour. That night the fridge broke again. I was not able to get ahold of anyone to fix the issue!
