I’m fortunate to have met the management and formed a long-term relationship with this company. They have been an official contractor for my construction business since we started 3 years ago. I outsource all the electrical components of the business to this team. Not once have the electricians disappointed me. They’re always on schedule.

We do a lot of home remodeling in the residential suburbs and whenever we have to address electrical concerns, we rely on our long-time contractor, Ben Electric. Their electricians are reliable and professional, and their rates are always affordable. A company like that definitely worth keeping.

Kyle has helped me out with two different jobs—installing a Tesla connector and replacing a faulty breaker—and both experiences were great. He communicated clearly from the start, showed up right on time, and got straight to work.

The breaker replacement ended up being more complicated than expected and needed some extra wiring, but Kyle stuck with it and made sure everything was done properly before leaving. I really appreciated his dedication to doing the job right.

Kyle is just terrific. He spent quite some time assessing the needs before he came back another day to do the job with all the supplies he needed. Turns out that both my dishwasher AND disposal were on the same circuit contrary to code. Since my entire house was rewired from the ground up only in 2017, it was a mystery to me how this was overlooked (looking at you Framingham electrical building inspector). Didn't discover it till they both went out and only one circuit was labeled "dishwasher" yet neither worked. And I didn't understand why I couldn't reset the breaker myself. He broke it all down for me, had to run an entire new line and install a separate circuit breaker to do it right since it wasn't done right the first time. My setup was also problematic in that all my exterior walls were spray foam insulated at the time of reconstruction. That meant he could not fish wiring thru the outside wall like one normally does. It needed a new solution inside the under-sink cabinetry.
I am going to have him return to run new circuits in the basement since I wasnt given more than two after the Reconstruction. You need a place to plug things in, even a shop vac or a basement tv, and I have extension cords running everywhere to do this now. Not good, so I wilI have him back after the holidays to do it right. He is conscientious and thorough, very pleasant to work with, and explains things very clearly. I appreciate that a great deal, I like to learn as a project is being done. I highly recommend him.

Pika provided an excellent 3 phases-480 volt wiring installation for our 35 kW industrial equipment. They communicate with us very well on the technical and safety details, they were very transparent on cost of materials.

I had a very good experience with Kyle Tran at Pika Electrical this past weekend. I woke up Sunday morning w/o power. A neighbor recommended Kyle Tran. He works weekends for emergency situations. He was able to diagnosis the problem, buy the new part and come back to install it all on Sunday. He was also very pleasant to work with and I was able to avoid having to spend a night without heat!

I highly recommend Kyle!! We added a sunroom and deck to our house. Kyle was very consultative throughout the entire project offering suggestions and alternatives for recessed lights, outlets, outside lighting, etc. Our original ceiling fan didn’t work with how we wanted it hard wired to the wall switches. Rather than telling us to find a new one, Kyle researched several options we found before purchase. Aside from his skills, he is extremely polite and respectful. I would allow him in our house any time and plan use Kyle for any future electrical work.
