Husband is very rude and disrespectful when you do not agree with him. I paid for a service the was not complete. They did a walk thur and knew the conditions of my house prior to my cleaning. I really needed help getting my life back in order after being VERY depressed and suicidal for months. I paid 400 for their service. Only my bathrooms were deeply cleaned. The rest of my home was not done to what I was expecting. I spend days cleaning the other areas . I payed for my oven and fridge to be cleaned out as well that was not done at all. They offered to do it “free” on my next cleaning. First off I already paid for the service and it was not done. I was never going to use their service again. I just wanted what I paid for done. He made me very bad about myself by calling out the conditions of my home which he knew about before coming to complete the service, I have never been so embarrassed in my life. And he has yet to come do the service that I paid for or offer me a refund. So disappointed.

I decided at the last minute to hire someone to do a move-out cleaning for me. I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to find someone on short notice but Andresa was available or made herself available.
