Really excellent experience. Great customer service, super easy to book and communicate, and housekeeping staff on time, very friendly and extremely thorough. I used two other services that were good but Sweet Home cleaninfg Pro was the best experience by far, their price was on the higher side but you get the quality of service and I am very happy to start regular weekly cleaning with them.

I hired Sweet Home Cleaning Pro to do an entrance and exit cleaning for a house I am renting. It had been vacant for some time without being cleaned on moving in and the previous tenant had cats and dogs. It was a real mess!! Sweet Home Cleaning Pro showed up on time and worked steadily the entire time they were there.
I couldn't believe how clean it was when they came out! They did an amazing and detailed job!
I was so pleased that I hired them to clean the property I moved from and I will also have them come in for regular service to the house where I live.
Livia at the office is also wonderful. She is warm and patient answering questions and is on top of everything!

Home Sweet Cleaning are very nice and kind. They are also very respectful. I leave my purse out in the open and I have nothing to worry about. I feel bad because sometimes I leave dishes in the sink and they will clean them so they can clean the sink. Dishes was not part of the contract. I try to prepare the house before they come so that they don't have to do any extra work not in the contract. They are always so accommodating. I really like them and their work. I wish I could hire them to do more.

I never write reviews, and when I tell you I was EXCITED to write this review I am not exaggerating. My only regret about hiring the Sweet Home team is that I didn’t do it months ago. I hired them for a deep clean because we’ve never had our house cleaned professionally before. They were so incredibly thorough, I feel like I have a brand new house. We did a home renovation last year and I am completely serious when I say the countertops and faucets are more sparkly right now than they were when they were first installed. Not to mention the house smells amazing! The team’s attention to detail and care was unparalleled. An example - as they were cleaning our kitchen pendants they turned the lights on and off to spot the dust and make sure they got every last smudge. I mean, WHAT?! They just left 5 minutes ago and I’ve already texted multiple people to rave about their service. Now to convince my husband that we should do this on a regular basis! I’m sure their work will speak for itself though 👌. The price was very reasonable for the level of care they put into their work. Thank you so much for making my house so lovely!
