We have been using Five Star cleaning for 25+ years. They have stayed with us through moves from Wayland, Sudbury and now Marlborough. They are a rock solid company. Always show up and do meticulous work. I have also used the. For pressure washing and rug cleaning. They are worth every penny.

Paul and his crew have been cleaning my house since 2002. They do an outstanding job -- fast, thorough, and on time. They also do a great job with the annual window and gutter cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Amazing work. Paul is responsive, flexible, reasonably priced, and his team is stellar. They cleaned my windows, basement, garage, and entire house before sale. My house sold in 3 days, which I think says it all! I would recommended 5 Star every day of the week.

The cleaning crew was nice. They forgot to empty trash cans and clean a bedroom but overall it’s okay. One person broke a tray but things happen so I didn’t complain back then. The owner, however, wasn’t consistent with the pricing and she’s charging me more after the cleaning is done. After I told her they didn’t clean one room she’s not responding. Please correct the invoice to what we agreed earlier this year. If you change prices at least you should let ppl know first.
UPDATE: Service lasted for 6 months, not a year. I’ve never received any emails regarding rate increase. I paid the last invoice w/ the original amount bc that’s what we agreed on. Also I didn’t file for incident report bc I didn’t want the person to feel bad.

They took my booking online, then the next day sent a text with no identification saying they don't provide service in my area. I didn't know what it was referring to, so I disregarded it. I got two confirmation texts, including one one hour before they were due to arrive. At the time they were supposed to be there, I got an automated email saying it was cancelled. The person who responded to my email was then rude and told me I should have known.

Garbage customer service, not so much as an I'm sorry.

We've been using their services every few weeks for about 6 months now, and they consistently deliver a great experience. Email/texts before they arrive, and always leave the house looking very neat.

I strongly advise for you to steer AWAY from this company. I would give this poor excuse of an establishment 0 stars if I could. There are far more reputable services available in the Metrowest Area. Renata (unknown her exact role in the establishment) was extremely rude. We had scheduled a deep clean for our house and out of our moral responsibility we had found out one of our family members tested positive for COVID, so the workers arrived at our property that morning without any PPE as portrayed on their site.

We notified them about the positive case and to reschedule. They charged me $450 for the service that they did not even perform. I understand the notion of a cancellation policy, however there should be a contingency plan if there is any member of family tests positive that day. We attempted to speak to Renata about rescheduling, and she hung up on me. Very arrogant stating that she is "too busy" to attempt to reschedule. We will be pursing legal action per state/federal Consumer Rights laws.

Great work, friendly, efficient and thorough! Second time using them and they did a perfect job again. I would definitely recommend anyone use them either for a one time deep clean, a move in clean, or a regular schedule cleaning.

We hired Renata and her team for a one-time initial deep clean. Each and every member was prompt, polite and very thorough. They did an amazing job making our home fresh and clean.

The services are very customizable and pricing is transparent, which you don't always get with other companies. We used RCS for our 2-story, 4 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom home for a deep clean. They did an exceptional job, cleaning hard to reach places such as the fan on our high ceiling and cleaned up hard water stains in and around our glass standing shower. Thanks to Renata and her team for their amazing work and we've set up bi-weekly cleanings with them.

Renata and her team did a fabulous job cleaning our house, and we look forward to having them come back to help us on a regular basis! Renata is communicative and she has a variety of cleaning products -- "eco" or non-toxic products is what drew me in.

Real Cleaning offered very professional and well coordinated/ high quality services. I have very severe allergies and they did a wonderful job doing a deep clean to clear those allergens out. They even inquired if I had any sensitivities to cleaning products. Definitely would recommend.

Renata and her crew clean my house every other week and have for several years. They are always extremely thorough and leave my house looking and smelling amazing! They clean things I never could get cleaned. They are literal miracle workers with all the tips and tricks! They are quick in and out of my house! The part I love the most about Real Cleaning is the communication. Renata sends me an email reminder several days before my scheduled clean. Then I get a text the day before, one 2 hours before, one when they are on their way and one when they are done! It’s absolutely amazing! Renata and her crew and so friendly. My dog loves them (and she’s a great judge of character)!!!

The team they brought into clean my home worked like a perfectly oiled machine. One worked in the bathroom, another in the kitchen and a third cleaned all open space. By the end all worked together to finish up. From windows to shower doors all sparkled. Appliances, bathroom fixtures, floors everything smelled great. I would difinitely recommend Real Cleaning Services again and again.
