Siding Contractor reviews in Framingham, Massachusetts

I’ve purposely waited a few years after my siding and window replacement project to write this review. I wanted the initial euphoria to wear off so that I could make a clearer appraisal of the contractor and products involved. As such, the planning, installation and short support periods afterwards were very good. I also happen to be the person being interviewed in the website’s You Tube video and I still feel the same, overall. While I’ve been happy so far with the Hardie siding product and installation process, I draw the line at the Harvey windows. After initial installation, all of the Majesty line double-hung windows began to leak in water during windy rainstorms. It turns out the glue between the glass and wood frame was not allowed to completely cure before the windows were shipped from the manufacturer. Since I noticed this during the initial post-installation days, Patriot worked with Harvey to satisfactorily resolve this issue. However, I now have another issue with the same windows where wind blows in between the sashes and sash liners. I reached out to Patriot about this but my inquiries have gone unanswered. And after contacting Harvey, I was informed that they have only a paltry (1) year warranty manufacturer’s warranty. Patriot is good, but think twice about installing Harvey windows.

Great Company… I recommend ..

Great workers, great owners, great price!

Great organization, very responsive, very satisfied with the work. Owner is a really good guy!

Amazing service and very honest people. We loved our new windows!

I’ve been working with Patriot for years, and they have gone above and beyond my expectations on each project.

Patriot Contracting replaced the siding on our house and did a fantastic job - very professional with the highest quality workmanship. We are extremely pleased!

We were so happy with our home renovations and outdoor decking. In addition to being completely satisfied with the quality of work and attention to detail. The owner and staff were professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. I would and have highly recommend them.

Jim was great with ideas and feedback. quick with a quote. the workers were very hard working with attention to details. We love the way our house looks and apparently the neighborhood does also. they keep telling us so.

Patriot Contracting did a great job on our siding. The team was super hardworking. Lots of compliments from neighbors on the finished product.

Excellent communication. High quality work. They finished earlier than expected. Communication was excellent. The project manager was on site daily. The sales team also visited regularly. I was informed of any issues as they arose and they had good suggestions for elevating the project without adding significant $$$. Cannot recommend Patriot highly enough.

The front of our home in Holliston, MA was starting to deteriorate which consisted of wood and particle board. We worked with Jim Ward and we decided to replace it with Hardie board which is a fiber cement based siding. It won't rot. We were extremely pleased with the results. We even changed the front entrance based on there input. I believe you will be satisfied working with their team. They were neat and cleaned up when they were done.

We got our windows and siding done this year, and these guys are phenomenal. They and the people they work with clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. Every meeting we had with them was low pressure and extremely informative; there's no predatory garbage ("sign now or the price will go up!," upcharge $10k on materials so you can dramatically offer a $5k discount later, etc.) Any questions or problems we had, they were happy to get sorted out for us.

After the old cedar siding came off, there was a lot more rot than expected, and rather than just covering it up with the new stuff and getting out early, they brought in the extra materials to replace boards and reframe the sills. It's quality work done by a team that doesn't cut corners, and we'll definitely call them for any work we need done in the future.

I had my siding done. Jim was great in consultation and manage the project from beginning to end. Patriot is very competitive, professional, and on time. Very trustworthy. If I have another project I surely will contract Patriot again.

I don’t generally leave reviews about contractors however Patriot Contracting was absolutely outstanding- they deserve a terrific review!
They arrive on schedule, are very professional, and keep the job site clean. Their pricing is very fair.
If you are looking for a quality contractor who actually delivers, don’t hesitate to make the call.
You’ll be happy you did!

Patriot Contracting Replaced our Roof and 4 Skylights. They were responsive to every question I had. The crew that did the work was so organized, professional, friendly, and efficient.

They did a great job on the roof, exceding my expectations, dealing with all of the strange angles that my addition creates. In addition, they took care in the daily clean up, locate and remove as much of the debris as possible.

I would highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Jim & his entire crew. Jim gave us some great ideas about upgrading the look of our home and he was right on with his suggestions. The crew did an amazing job and our home looks fantastic. Would highly recommend Patriot Contracting!

We selected Patriot Contracting to have the siding on our house replaced. We decided to go with Hardie fiber cement board for the siding and all the trim. Working with Jim Ward was a very pleasant experience. No pressure, and he answered all our questions and made several suggestions on modifying the trim around our front door. I requested several details during the project and Jim remembered all the things I requested without need for me reminding him, unusual in my experience with contractors. No pressure on incremental payments either. His siding team was very punctual, showing up at 7:00 every day, and working through very cold weather and even light rain, and on Saturdays to get the job done. Kept the worksite fairly clean. We are very pleased with the outcome. The house looks great and the Hardie board should remain maintenance free for many years to come. Would definitely consider using Patriot again in the future.

We loved working with Patriot Contracting. I had a vision of what I wanted for the exterior of my home, and they absolutely made it come to life. I changed out all the windows and doors, re-sided the house with Hardie Plank, and re-built the front porch. They were professional, excellent communicators, and completed very high-quality work. Despite finding excessive rot and other surprises, they stayed on time and on budget throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them for yours!

We just had our home sided by Patriot Contracting and are very pleased with the outcome. Jim Ward was available for questions from start to finish. The workers were excellent, very hard working all day even in the extreme heat.

Pricing was competitive and reasonable. The work was complete in the timeline we were given.

We have received several compliments from friends and neighbors.
We highly recommend Patriot Contracting!
