UBrothers Construction: Siding, Roofing, Doors and Windows, Decks

UBrothers explained a lot about siding and roofing I hadn't known, and made reasonable suggestions for more premium options and cost cutting possibilities.

They replaced our roof, siding and all exterior trim/fascia/soffits, gutters, and installed r-matte insulation.

The house looks great afterwards and they cleaned up very well. Andrii came for a followup inspection to walk around the house with me, and we noticed a couple very minor things that they returned to fix within days.

Edit: (15mo later) we had a large tree branch fall and damage some siding. Ubrothers came out, used mostly materials they had left from the first siding job - and made the repairs. I appreciate their communication skills and will likely use them again for future work.

Dealing with UBrothers Construction was as easy, simple and as honest as it can possibly get. From the initial consultation through project completion, dealing with Andrii was a very pleasant experience. He is a down to earth and honest person, who did not try to upsell me anything.
I had a broken sliding patio door and Andrii advised me what brand/type of door to get (Harvey), which was not ridiculously priced, yet had all the quality and bells and whistles of the more expensive brands (which were 2X to 3X more). I was impressed that he did not try and sell me the most expensive door. Upon seeing the door in person and assessing the build quality as well as the energy efficiency ratings and the warranty, I am glad I took his advice. Andrii took care of the permit, scheduling the work and providing up to a 30 minute window of when his installers would arrive.
His installers did a fantastic job of installing the door. They spent about 5 hours and worked very methodically, not cutting any corners. They left a perfectly installed door, perfectly reinstalled trim and the entire area perfectly clean. Truly impressive quality of work by UBrothers and their crew. I have a couple more projects in the horizon, and for sure I will be using UBrothers again.

I recently had several windows, front door and new siding replaced / installed and am very pleased with the outcome. Andrii was very accommodating while I chose materials and walked my property with me to make sure my vision was clear. His team was fantastic, very nice, hard working (which shows in their craftsmanship), respectful of my property, punctual and they delivered on schedule.
