Kevin did a great job replacing 2 of our furnaces . He is extremely knowledgeable and focused on doing the job correctly. He also is patient when explaining a new system. We are happy we used this company and will replace anther furnace with them on the near future.

Will is an Excellent diagnostician. We moved in to a new home which the previous owners had neglected maintenance. Will isolated each step and discussed various options with us. He is highly personable, thorough and professional. This was our first Accurate Baker Ellman service call and we are extremely satisfied.

Such a good experience! Our central AC stopped working during one of the hottest days of the year. Beth was so accommodating, professional, and treated us like we were family, scheduling us a service appointment with Jake. Jake was amazing and incredibly thorough and professional. He spent a significant amount of time checking everything and, while there wasn’t a smoking gun issue, Jake explained why we were likely experiencing our issue and suggested things we could do in the short, medium, and long term to improve the operation of our aging system. Jake was very honest with what he found (“your system actually looks really good”) and could have easily billed us for a service that wouldn’t have helped. I loved how there was follow up after our service call and constant communication.
We will absolutely use Accurate again, especially when it’s time to do a system upgrade!
