In 2019, we moved into a house with a 13 year-old central AC system. by 2021, at the 15 year mark, it began to fail. We called Reardon HVAC. They were very responsive and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the old system could not be repaired as it was outdated, Freon-based, and parts could not be obtained. Chris gave us a quote for a new system, and his team began installation shortly thereafter. They were professional and efficient. The new system has been great. I signed on for the annual maintenance contract. Very pleased with the service of this company.

very reliable company to deal with. always responding on time. even for early morning calls they will respond quickly and send a specialist to your place without delays or elevation of the price. I have been using Reardon's services for the last 3-4 years. always keep their number on a speed dial for AC, the digital thermostat, heating. they came to update my thermostats wiring and did it quickly without long hours of work on the site. Would definitely recommend this company to people who look for quality and honesty.

I have had Reardon come out a few times now and the quality of service was amazing each time. I just moved to the area and the real estate agent recommended them as they also were customers of Reardon too. I knew the gas furnace units were old so I was afraid of contacting anyone for annual maintenance. Reardon was honest and didn't try to convince me to upgrade. They worked and were functioning and Reardon took the stance of "just call us if they have problems". Then we replaced a broken garage heater - the price was more than fair. Chris was open about the pricing and was available to discuss options. The old unit wasn't ventilated properly (was a self-install from a previous owner) and was very dangerous. It died burning itself apart. The quality of the new install was fantastic. I am honestly impressed with how much they did and the cost. And then - today - they came out to fix one of our old furnaces. It was something easy, a few minutes fix, and they just waived it away. These guys are real pros, honest, and I can't imagine using anyone else. A big thanks to Andrew, Jeremy, and Adam - they know their stuff and made today easy. Not having heat in the winter is unpleasant and they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and made the whole thing painless. These guys have been over a few times now and I am glad they are at Reardon. Chris and his crew are top grade. Thanks again guys.

From start to finish working with Reardon was a pleasure. They showed up to give me an estimate, allowed me time to think about the price, gather more information and even tweak things a few times. Chris and his team are patient, professional and respectful. We had a lot going on during the install, and they were great. Also very helpful with the Mass Save process, and getting the final rebate paperwork all squared away. We did a pretty big scope of work at my home (unit on existing forced hot air furnace and mini splits in bedrooms) and it went very smooth. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team at Reardon have been nothing but professional, honest, attentive, and hardworking. Having recently moved to the area, we were in need of a team of HVAC professionals we could trust and I would absolutely count myself lucky to be a customer of Reardon. They examined our older furnaces to make sure they were up to the task of another winter, even though they are older units at this point, the team was honest and said that they were good to go and did not try to unnecessarily upgrade us to a newer unit. They also installed a brand new heating system in our garage for competitive pricing which has absolutely made the space more usable and a big plus to us. They are a team that values you as a customer and wants to make sure things are done right- I could not recommend more highly! Chris and all the folks at Reardon were extremely professional, punctual, and honest in all our interactions with them and I can’t recommend them enough. We upgraded our central air and boiler / baseboard heat to a heat pump, mini split, and electric water heater. Chris and his team explained everything through the quoting process very thoroughly and walked us through the rebate process once the work was done. Chris and the whole Reardon HVAC team was outstanding from start to finish. We had Reardon HVAC replace our 20 year old furnaces and install heat pumps with new furnaces. Chris is an excellent communicator and answered all my questions promptly. Pricing was fair and the equipment offered was high quality. The installation team was great, proactive with communication, and did an excellent job. I shopped around so I felt confident going with Reardon and I highly recommend them - 10/10.

Reardon has come through for us twice, back-to-back. First for some duct replacement work, and then again for a central air pump replacement. Both times service tech Andrew was super professional, easy to schedule, he got out here fast, completed the work quickly and efficiently. The business is honest, and it is evident that they take care of their employees, who in-turn, take care of their customers. Can’t ask for more than that.

These guys were wonderful from start to finish. Very professional, reasonably priced and left everything neat as a pin. We would recommend these guys to everyone. Our heating system is all we wanted and more than we expected.

Chris and Andrew at Reardon HVAC are amazing! I worked with them a few times to tune up my mini splits for the season and they are efficient and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to educate you in the process which is super helpful! Excellent at communication as well. Highly recommend!

I just had a new furnace installed by Reardon HVAC and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. First meeting Chris and discussing his recommendation for a new furnace and then having Jeremy and Adam install the furnace, they were wonderful to work with. Jeremy and Adam arrived on time and worked efficiently to get everything set up. They made sure the system was running smoothly and explained the new system to me. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Reardon HVAC did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Reardon discovered a major problem with my furnace during a service call. The technicians were prompt, professional and courteous, and completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how reliable they were and the clear explanation of the service. We were up and running again in one day! Definitely recommend them for any HVAC repair or service.

I have been using Reardon HVAC for over three years. We had a new system installed and there were issues with the new equipment that they stayed on top of until it was fixed. It was almost like stump the stars, but they were committed to finding the issue for final resolution. We have had them come in for annual maintenance and for other issues. Recently we had the system fail because of zone issues associated with the original installation by the builder. A call was made to Reardon HVAC and they had a technician out within 2 hours. And it was a cold 15-20 degree day with the temperature going down quickly in my house. Jeremy, the tech found the issue associated with a zone valve shutting off the system. He was able to work around the issue until a new part was obtained and then they came back and and did a final repair. Their attention to detail, professionalism, quality, expertise, and courteousness are second to none. And they also make sure everything is picked up. What else do you need. #1 in my book. My wife and I had a great experience with Reardon HVAC. They installed a new furnace and were very responsive, professional and efficient. The technicians Adam and Jeremy arrived on time, were courteous and got the job done reliably. Chris Reardon coordinated with the local building inspector and the gas company and service was restored by the end of the day. We highly recommend Reardon HVAC repair and service.

Easy to make an appointment, responsive to emails, prompt text appointment notifications and confirmations, tech was very helpful and gave good advice, prices great, they even honored a coupon. Will call next time.
