I have had Austin Plumbing and Heating at my house several times since moving in. They’ve been reliable, quick, honest, and just easy to work with it! So far they’ve been here to help with replacing a water valve, fixing a broken PVC pipe from the laundry, and hooking up the new water line to a new refrigerator. They’ve provided quotes up front with multiple avenues, to ensure that I pick the right solution for my needs. They’ve also explained everything thoroughly, and have done nothing but a clean job! I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in the Franklin area.

A while back I found a leak from the upstairs bathroom after the shower was used and Marc and Dave came out same day and fixed the issue. They also looked at some additional plumbing work that is needed. They were very professional and personable. I highly recommend.

Today I had issues with my hot water and Dave came out same day and was able to replace my water heater. The service and professionalism was great and fixing the issue same day was ideal. Austin Plumbing & Heating is my go to for plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company!

Jim came by same day and fixed up our issue on his first visit. Was told by another company I got a quote from that they would need to rip our wall open and bill me at least a grand. He was able to do it without making a single dent and the price was less than a couple Benjamin’s. Honest, local and reliable. What more do you need? Can’t endorse them enough.

Great Service. Jim and Dave were excellent. Fixed my shower diverter, replaced shower sprout, drain and replaced the faucet and stops of the bathroom sink.

Jim and all Austin employees were kind, thoughtful, and honest. They came into our frenzy of a broken water heater and worked with us to get new valves placed, a new heater with all parts (that they personally checked and added to when they saw missing parts), and even snaked a pipe that I mentioned was blocked. They handed our house with care and detail. I would recommend them to everyone!
