Michael and his apprentice did amazing work at my condo and came in under budget! He even humored my requests and suggestions like I have any idea what I'm talking about. He is very "above board" on all the codes and made sure I was well-informed to make educated decisions about what services were ultimately required. I called him back to take a look at my refrigerator outlet when I got a new fridge, and he came right over and changed it out the same day. So appreciated!

Mike is knowledgeable, responded quickly, and fair priced. He came out on a Saturday to help me with electrical issues and was able to solve the problem on the same day! He is a genuine and honest professional who cares about his work. I would recommend him to my friends and family and call him for future electrical work in my house.

Mike provided a very detailed inspection and quote for my Knob and Tube remediation project. The job was extensive and Mike communicated well throughout the job. He and his team were professional and took good care of my home while doing the work. I am very happy with results and feel much better about the electrical system in my older home.

Mike was very responsive! He took care of replacing a breaker for my dishwasher which I've been without for months. He showed up at the exact time he said he would, explained how the breaker worked, and made me feel confident that if I have any other issues he'd be the best person to call. I say this after being ditched by two other electricians. Calling Mike every time now.

I hired Mike to fix a whole mess of issues that I had in my house and he did a fantastic job. Mike was an invested contractor who truly cared about me and the work I needed done. Mike was very insightful and thoughtful about how this should be tackled and he was able to fix this issue quickly. Mike did an outstanding job replacing the exterior service and interior breaker panel. He is one of the very few tradesman out there that calls you back every time he says he would and shows up on time, every time. Replacing the exterior service on my house was no easy task due to constant weather interruptions, but Mike and his helper stayed on site for over 15 hours to get the job done so I would have all my circuits turned back on before they left at 2AM! If you need any electrical work done and want it done the right way and on time, you need to call Mike. He takes the time to explain the work he will do and is very honest and professional.
I will definitely be using Mike again for any additional electrical work on my home.
Update 2023: I have had Mike return to my house several times to complete additional electrical work. Mike is always on time and his work is always by the book and done right the first time. This is the reason why I keep calling him back. My house renovation work could never have been completed without Mikes help. If you need electrical work done and want it done right, then you need to call Mike. I won’t call anybody else to work on my home. Thank you Mike for everything you have done for me. We had no hot water for almost a week with no luck of finding an electrician who was able to come within the coming days to replace our breaker box. I called Mike on Thursday night afterhours and he was there Friday morning first thing to assess what was needed for the job. Mike called us Friday night to let us know that he was able to get all the parts that were needed and he would be there first thing Saturday morning. Mike is an outstanding and invested Electrician who I feel truly cared about the work that needed to be done and made sure the work was done right. Mike spent his entire Saturday (9 hours) before Mother's Day making sure that the job was done. He is very honest, thorough, and his priority is the customer's satisfaction. I will highly recommend Mike to anyone that is in need of his help. I will also be calling Mike again if any more work is needed in our house.

We hired Mike to upgrade our panel in our new home and we can say many wonderful things about Mike and our experience with his service. First thing we can say is, Mike goes above and beyond! He is dedicated to his customers and the service he provides, making multiple trips to our home in preparation and afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. Found Mike through his many 5 star reviews online. I recently purchased a townhouse where i renovated the basement . The basement only had ONE light that was in the center of the basement. Mike installed electrical outlets, light switches, and led strip lights to the room after completing wiring the basement . While completing work in the basement he found many safety issues. The fire sprinkler wires were exposed and left uncovered. Mike contacted fitchburg fire officials who also confirmed this was a major issue. Mike also found an exsisting outlet that was under the combo boiler that should have been GFCI protected but was not. He relocated that to a GFCI plug. Mike took on this project as if it was his own home. He communicated during the project whenever there was a change in price from the original contract. There were no hidden costs in this project. Mike also cleaned after any work was done . i would highly recommend Mike for any electrical work needed.

When my smoke detectors failed, Michael came out the same day and did an excellent job installing quality Smoke/Carbon monoxide detectors on all three floors of my home. He explain what he was doing as he went along and was very professional. His prices were very reasonable and he took the time to explain what could be done with some additional needs I have. Mike did the entire wiring of my upstairs, hard wired all of our smoke detectors, and generator plug. He always checked in to make sure we were happy with the work and strived to make sure everything was done right. He also showed a lot of compassion and understanding when it came to doing work around my immune compromised son which shows the level of detail he offers.

Michael and team came out to upgrade/modernize my service to 200A, all the way from the pole to the breakers. Top notch job, very clean, all perfect. Michael stayed late on-site until the job was done. Site was cleaned, both inside and out. I couldn't of been happier.

Michael Pupa returned my call for a simple electrical fix for wall switches and turned into discussing other electrical issues I needed to have repaired. Due to issues beyond our control how the house was built, he clearly explained what he was doing and wired everything the correct way. We had new smoke detectors wired in as well as other light fixtures in the house that weren’t working correctly. He was able to diagnose and explain in plain terms what needed to be done and was very honest. We had a couple units that couldn’t be replaced by his recommendation of what he was comfortable with and we were able to work around those. This was mostly due to how the house was sided with vinyl siding. He was upfront with his pricing and reasonable and stuck to what he quoted. Now we have a home with working light units that operate safely and have full peace of mind that we no longer have to worry about the past issues anymore. It’s actually nice to have updated LED fixtures that actually work. I would highly recommend Michael Pupa’s services to anyone. He is professional, honest and has great communication skills and very punctual with his scheduled appointments!
