Arbor tree did an excellent job removing 4 very large pines from our property. Prompt, professional and courteous. Bob's experience helped tremendously when dealing with conservation. We will happily use Arbor tree again in the future.

I called Arbor Tree Service to diagnose some ailing trees. Bob Moses answered and spent 10-15 minutes giving me great advice. I sent him some pictures later and he called me back the same evening. Bob recommended many things that I could do myself and that they weren't going to charge me for. It seems to me he truly cares about his customers and isn't just out trying to make money off people. I'd highly recommend Arbor Tree Service to anyone.

We needed to remove two large oaks and these guys came highly recommended by some friends in town. I could not be happier with their work. They were very up front, provided useful advice/thoughts about the job, came quickly, brought the right tools, and cleaned up when done. Would definitely use them again.

Kudos to Marvin and his crew. Very professional in all aspects of their work. Removed nine large oak trees in a very expeditious manner. Cleanup of the work areas left no evidence of them even being present on the propertry. This company is highly recommened for the work it does.

The morning of the job Vern came out and we reviewed the work to be done with Marvin who was in charge of the onsight crew. I had a couple of specific requests regarding the trees being removed and the trees that were being trimmed and, during the job, Marvin checked in with me to make sure everything was being done as discussed. When the job was finished Marvin asked me to take a look around and make sure all was to my satisfaction. Having effective communication from quote to completion was very refreshing and speaks to the level of professionalism displayed throughout the job. The crew left my yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived and even blew off the porch where sawdust had drifted. You'd never know they'd been on the premises except for the now absent trees. Arbor Tree did 2 jobs for me, remove a tree and grind the stump then shred a pile of bushes I cut back. They laid down metal plates on the second job to back up the truck and chipper. The guys do a great job, they clean up the area when done, the office staff and the owner reply back promptly, and they show up on time or sooner. I'm happy with the jobs and you will be too.

Abor Tree Services was recommended to me by our tree warden. I had a tree that was charred after a house fire and asked them to assess the health of the tree. Vern was very professional, with good follow through. Luckily, the tree did not have to come down, and Vern recommended trimming the dead branches, along with trimming a few branches of a couple of other trees on the property. He was patient and flexible while I checked with my neighbor about driveway access. The crew arrived promptly and did a great job. It feels like the trees are breathing easier without the extraneous limbs.

I had the pleasure of working with Vern and his crew for the removal of several hard to access trees. From day one, the level of communication and flexibility was top notch.

Based on the limited access to the area, the plan shifted on the day of removal which eliminated the use of the crane. The communication was superb throughout the job from Vern and his crew. This was important to us due to concerns set forth from neighbors about potential damage to trees on their property. After observing the work for a short time, it was clear that the crew were experts in their craft. They made it look easy with their strategic dropping of the trees which ultimately protected a large swingset on my property and prevented any damage to the neighbors property.

Based on the removal plans shifting on the day of the job due to unforseen complexity, there was some damage to parts of my lawn. Expecting the need to argue about addressing the grass damage, I was pleasantly surprised with Vern's walk-through assessment at the end of the day 1. Before I could say anything, Vern indicated that he would bring in loom and reseed the damaged areas.
If that wasn't enough, we were assured that if seed did not take in the summer months that he would be back in the fall to make things right. Having worked with several service providers in the past for home and yard maintenance projects, I have never seen this level of professionalism and customer service from a company.

If you are considering using this business for tree removal, I would strongly consider giving Arbor Tree the job. We certainly will be using them for tree removal projects in the future.

I highly recommend the Arbor Tree Service Team! We had two trees that needed to be taken down and some trimming to be done. The tricky situation was working with the apartment complex behind us to use their parking lot. Vern and the Arbor Tree service team were very responsive, helpful, and patient with the planning process. On the day of, the team was very efficient, safe, and cleaned the whole way through. I will definitely be calling Arbor Tree in the future for all my tree removal and trimming needs.
