Ritch is extremely responsive and has never let us down! Over our years in Grafton we have turned to Ritch for all our plumbing needs from emergencies to maintenance and price and service are always the best

Rich provides great service. He is always very fair, and goes above and beyond. We have called him for a variety of different jobs and he has always been courteous, professional, and done great work.

Amazingly called Richard in a panic with an overflow in the basement on Labor Day and he asked for a photo to see if he could diagnose. He followed up within 15 minutes to see it on site and identified a block in the septic area. Told me where to dig as he went back to get equipment. After I found the cover I texted Richard back and he arrived back at the house within 5 minutes (my son said "did you see the bat signal"). He was able to unclog the blockage and the household was back to showering PLUS. Could not be more happier with Adams Plumbing and Heating...A HUGE 5 star rating!
