We were building an energy-efficient, LEED-certified house and wanted heating and cooling systems that both performed well and were reliable. Drew installed the complete system and it’s been working well for many years. He is very pleasant to work with and took the time to explain the systems to us so we could operate and maintain them properly.
When it can time to extend our system to the basement, of course we called him back in and were delighted with the results.

Drew Powers provides outstanding service! I recently bought a condo in Easthampton with poor heating and no air conditioning. After speaking with Drew about my options, I asked him to install a mini-split in my new home. He surpassed all of my expectations from start to finish! He is very personable, a great communicator, and took the time to handhold me through learning how to use and maintain my new unit. I am so happy to have AC this summer and know I will love the heat in the cold winter months. Thank you Drew for your excellent work!!

Rude and unprofessional once we'd paid the initial deposit. Kept us waiting for hours during our MiniSplit installation appointments (and some days didn't show up at all). Installation took far longer than expected. Would not recommend.
