Tree reviews in Greenfield, Massachusetts

I recently hired Donchev Tree Service and I can say that it’s the best tree-cutting service in town, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Yuriy was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. His communication was top-notch, ensuring that I was informed every step of the way. He was punctual, arriving right on time, and the job was done efficiently. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of tree cutting. Five stars all the way!

I used Doncev Tree Service for general brush clearing and tree removal to get rid of anything with roots potentially threatening my foundation or buried S&W pipes, and keep open acces for the town sewer main cleanout out back.

They were efficient and tidy and came in with a quote much less than I had expected for a lot of work including 6-10" diameter trees touching the house.

I will use Mr. Doncev again for ongoing maintenance.

Thanks Yuri!

Iuri and his wife, of Doncev Tree Service, are a very professional, courteous team. They quoted an excellent price and were quick to get our job scheduled. We hired them to cut down two dead pines and trim three other threes wedged between our garage and our neighbors' fence. Doncev Tree Service ensured everyone was happy with the limbs being removed and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. They were quick too! The job was finished in under four hours. I would absolutely hire Doncev Tree Service again.

Yuri and his associates did a fantastic job at a great price. I’d work with them again and recommend them highly!

Doncev Tree Service was a delight! In 5 days we went from talking and walking my property to removing all unwanted trees and brush, leaving an expertly cleared space that is ready for landscaping! Phenomenal service! We’ve used the company twice now and both times they were incredibly quick to come out, professional in their process, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be using them for any of our future tree removal and trimming needs.

Iuri and his team did a great job removing a massive dead maple in our yard. He is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would highly recommend his services, and will be using Doncev for all of our future tree needs.

Fast response time I had an emergency situation where the tree was on my roof. The company was on site within 30 minutes to come out and assess the situation. Very knowledgeable at what they do clean work best outcome.

Yuri took down a dead tree in our backyard in three hours at a very reasonable price. He was very safety conscious, friendly, and professional. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell us on taking out more trees, and in fact advised against cutting down healthy trees. I would absolutely call him first about any other tree needs and recommend him to my friends.

Excellent work done by Luri and his crew! Very professional and cleanup was fantastic. Highly recommend this company. Very reasonable rates for the work I needed done. Will definitely use his services again in the future.!

As the owner of a restoration company, I often need to hire tree removal services to clear trees off roofs, fences, and other structures—or to take down dangerous trees near homes, mulch branches, and cut up trunks. Doncev Tree Service has been an excellent resource time and again. They show up when you need them, work efficiently and neatly, and their crew is always respectful of the property. Their pricing is very reasonable and competitive. It’s truly a pleasure doing business with Doncev Tree Service! They service Greenfield, Deerfield, Montague, and surrounding towns throughout Western Massachusetts.

"Highly recommend! The owner is incredibly honest. He gave me a quote for $3,400 but lowered it to $2,500 on the spot because the job took less time than expected. The work was professional, clean, and his integrity is unmatched. It’s rare to find a business with this much heart!"

Doncev did an exceptional job removing a tree close to our home. They responded to our request promptly, took care not to damage our property during removal and did a thorough clean up after the job. Professional, efficient and fairly priced, we highly recommend.

Had a few dangerous trees on my property that needed to come down. Iuri and his guys did a fantastic job. Super professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and made sure everything was done safely. You could tell Iuri is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up really well afterward. I’d definitely recommend them if you need tree work done right.

Iuri and his team did an amazing job of removing two trees from our yard and grinding the stumps. Quick response and excellent service at a price that was significantly less than the quotes from the larger Pioneer Valley companies. I strongly recommend their work!

Doncev Tree Service came to my property and gave me an estimate. When he came back to do the work, I had asked him to add additional work on to the day. He did so without question and at a fair price. The cleanup of the job site was excellent. He is also a very friendly guy. Highly recommended.

Absolute pleasure to work with Yuri and his crew. Excellent communication, makes phone calls, follows up, transparent with the work to be done and the price. He came on the day he said he would, took extra care of my lawn, the tree trimming, and didn't leave a mess. 5 Stars.

A large tree fell on our barn. Mr Donvec and crew came right away with the necessary equipment and safely removed it and covered the damage until it can be fixed. Professional, fair price (on a Saturday), and kind. We will definitely use this company again!
