Reviews of local pros in Groton, Massachusetts

We contracted PCA Construction to design, build, and integrate a new stamped concrete pool deck, surrounding fence, and river stone border to enhance our renovated gunite pool and backyard living space. From our “request for quote” to the project completion, the PCA management and construction team were exceptional! They produced high-quality work, and were extremely courteous, professional, and responsive.

Owners Pedro and Aline partnered with us to layout a functional backyard design that met our needs while providing an aesthetically pleasing flow. They made our design wants a priority while providing suggestions that totally transformed and enhanced our backyard living space. We are overjoyed and pleased with the results.

From the complete removal of our old concrete pool deck, excavation and installation of our new stamped concrete deck (including a cantilevered edge leading into our pool), and aluminum fence installation, the construction team cut no corners. They were hard-working, quality minded, respectful of our property, and efficient. Pedro was very communicative during every step of the process and was on-site to assure high-quality work was performed and questions were answered. His team even dug a hole to bury a newly installed underground propane tank.

We continued to be impressed with PCA’s professionalism and responsiveness to follow-up with us to assure we were 100% satisfied. They even sent members of their crew to assure no post construction issues occurred, and to address any final site clean-up.

We highly recommend PCA Construction. Their cost is competitive and reasonable, schedule completion is efficient, and quality is unmatched. We would definitely contract PCA Construction for any future needs.

The entire PCA team was very professional and reliable. Pedro was very accommodating, without hesitation, to a last minute change (on our part). The crew was extremely hard working and friendly. We’ve received many compliments on our patio - Thanks PCA, would give you more stars if I could!

These folks are pros. They have a helpful office team, clear contract language and a simple and easy billing process. They ripped out our old pool deck and installed a new stamped concrete deck. The team doing the work are real craftspeople. I actually enjoyed watching how complex this process was. They did great work, on schedule, on budget. I highly recommend PCA.

They say you can’t get amazing quality at a great price but PCA did just that! I had them create a stamped concrete patio and the intention to detail, price and completion to timeline was second to none! Strongly recommend PCA construction for any concrete needs.

PCA Construction had made the best job I have see.

Pedro and his team at PCA did an incredible job. They were on schedule and responsive to all of our requests. PCA took care of all of the little details that sometimes get overlooked. I would recommend PCA for all of our future projects.

Working with PCA concrete was great! I wasn’t sure what I wanted for my pool decking and PCA provided many pictures and options for my pool decking. We could not be happier with the outcome! The staff at PCA was profession and friendly!

Outstanding company to do business with. Initial phone call was answered by a person. Proposal included all work to be done - no extra charges added. The crew did an incredible amount of work in a very short period of time. We are very pleased with our new pool.

Pedro did a fantastic job around my house over 2000 Square feet's of stamped concrete. His workers are a pleasure to work with very professional highly recommend using them

What drew us to PCA construction was their modern design ideas and the amazing work they displayed through their social media. Working together with Pedro and his team to create our dream pool deck was seamless. They stayed on schedule and cleaned up after each day. Their workmanship was unparalleled to any other concrete companies we researched in our area. We highly recommend PCA Construction and can't wait to use them again on future projects.

Pca concrete& construction was excellent, we wanted our pool patio done during a certain timeframe and although they were very busy , they were able to fit us in and get the job done in our time frame. Workers were polite and professional. Our pool patio looks amazing and well done. We have another project and have reached out to the company for a quote.

PCA was very responsive through email and txt. Patio came out great, very happy with the results. So much better than pavers which was the other alternative to covering this space in the yard.

We put a pool and a sunken firepit in the back yard last summer. The project end to end was a massive project. Permits, Designing, and all the coordination is a lot but pedro worked really well with pool installer, electrician and plumber. He did a great job at managing my expectations, answering all my questions, keeping to the schedule and when I had concerns he always worked with me to address them. His whole team is friendly and work well together which shines through in the final product. I had an issue come up months after the job was completed. When I called Pedro, without hesitation he agreed to come by and fix it. I'm so happy to have worked with Pedro. He is an honest and hardworking guy. I wish more people were like him.

PCA is a great company they just did all my sidewalks and I am very happy with the job that they did I am recommend to any one very responsible and professional. Very good team and responsible and the owner Pedro respond all your call at anytime. Great Company

PCA was great to work with from day 1. We met with Pedro and he shared his ideas. He gave us a bid in a timely manner and we were able to go and choose the pavers in person. The team that worked at our house did a beautiful job and were very professional. We would work with them again without hesitation.

Had PCA construction remove 2500 sqft asphalt driveway and replace with concrete. Team was very professional and accommodated all requests I had during prep and pouring. Came in within original estimate and had a good quality finish/no cracking so far. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Pedro and his team at PCA Concrete did a fabulous job creating our new pool deck and walkway. They removed the old deck and poured the new stamped concrete deck and walkway. They entire team Pedro has is like a family. They help each other and have fun in what they do. They pay attention to detail, which I really liked. When it came time to apply the stamps, they are truly artists not just craftsman. Pedro answered all my questions. PCA Concrete went above and beyond my expectations.

Pedro and his team were excellent. They removed a disaster of an old pool deck and the new pool deck they installed came out fantastic. Very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend PCA concrete.

Pedro and PCA took our simple request for a 3ft cantilever coping deck and made it sleek and elegant, exactly what we envisioned for the area. Half the price of the pool contractor's recommended vendor, he did all of this for a price that met our budget.

Pedro and his team at PCA construction were excellent from start to finish. They showed up on time and were very receptive to any changes that I wanted to make along the way. Pedro was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with from start to finish.I would most definitely recommend PCA Construction to family and friends and look forward to using them for any future projects at my home.

My experience with the PCA team and owner Pedro was outstanding. From the first meeting to talk about my pool patio project and get a quote he was extremely helpful explaining every step of the process and providing specific recommendations based on the specifics. He was extremely understanding when I decide to make a few changes to the original plan and responded to my texts or calls expeditiously. The day the project began, his team showed up on schedule bright and early and provided some suggestions to enhance layout of the pool deck. Overall their workmanship, attention to detail and communication throughout the process was excellent and I will be using them for other future projects and highly recommend them to friends and family.
