Austen has helped us with scheduled work as well as emergency work and showed up immediately when my parents had an electrical fire on a very old house. He is kind and courteous and knows what he’s doing and does it right and well!

I accidently drilled into live romex (do not do this) while installing a TV mount despite using a stud finder with electrical sensor and it was at eye level. Called Austen and he got back to me right away. He isolated the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Good communication and a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.

Austen Iglehart showed up on schedule with his assistant and did a very good job for us. He installed a whole house surge protector at the breaker box and brought many electrical issues in our 50-year-old house up to code (such as installing GFCI outlets and child-safe outlets). He also found and capped a dangerous live wire. We will be using his services again in the future.

He bailed me out of a bad situation in under 2 hours. His work was clean and professional looking. His prices were extremely fair. I appreciate him and know that you will too.

We are gradually converting from gas to electric. Austen installed a new circuit for an electric stove and electric dryer. He also added electric receptacles for a sump pump and bathroom. His work was neat and professional. I was particularly impressed with the care he took in locating the new electrical receptacle as our house has a confusing layout and we did not want the wall or molding to show any damage. In the end it was virtually indistinguishable from existing receptacles. Would I use him again? Definitely!

Austen is amazing. We had an emergency on Sunday night, He showed up in 10 minutes!!! fixed our problem straight away. I'd give 10 stars! We're having him back for a few other minor things. He is fantastic!

Austen came out on a freezing cold Sunday evening to restore our power. Very courteous and competent. We'll be using Iglehart Electric from now on.

We had a sudden power outage due to severing of the underground power line. We called Iglehart Eledtric, LLC after hours. Austen answered the phone and agreed to come by the following morning. He rearranged his current jobs and he and a crew arrived as promised. The power restoration project took 2 1/2 weeks. He communicated regularly and kept us informed through many challenges. Several issues required night and weekend service. Highly recommend this company.

Austen is an excellent electrician. Although he’s very busy, he accommodated our scheduling needs, did the work discussed and found other problems that could have lead to problems and fixed those as well (at my request). He cleaned up thoroughly and was on budget!
