Plumbing reviews in Hampden, Massachusetts

Fast, easy, affordable service on my hot water heater!

Jeff was professional, polite and punctual. My hot water heater broke yesterday morning in the middle of the first heat wave in June. I had water running again early this AM.

Will for sure go with him again for my future plumbing needs.

I can’t recommend KB Plumbing enough! I was so stressed out discovering a leak in my basement, but Griffin arrived earlier than expected and immediately put my mind at ease. He was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly knew his stuff.

What really stood out was how he handled the unknowns. He walked me through a few different possibilities and gave me clear, honest quotes for each scenario so I wasn't hit with any surprises. It’s such a relief to have the toilet fixed and the house dry again, and in the same day! If you want someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely helpful, ask for Griffin!

Keith arrived on schedule, finished on schedule, and left everything neatly and clean. He changed out my failed boiler, and also my horizontal oil tank, that was perched on a ledge in my basement. No easy task. Highly recommended.

Quick response, even moved things around to squeeze me in. Excellent communication and the service is top notch

Came to fix a leak under the mobile home and found another. Both leaks fixed. No more puddles. Happy homeowner here!

Keith and team are awesome!

I had called last Friday cause my hot water tank was leaking at the bottom. The tank is 12 yrs old and the water here is full of minerals hard on the tank . The owner of KB Plumbing and HVAC LLC Keith Bilton came over this morning to give me a quote for a new propane hot water tank and all the pipes and a bigger vent pipe for the chimney. The price was reasonable. He could today. Which is very good.
I took photos before and after. Which you can see for yourself. Keith got the tank and everything needed for the job. Very efficient and explained everything about the warranty and to service it in 2 yrs. I would recommend the KB plumbing and HVAC LLC
