Constraction reviews in Hanover, Massachusetts

I highly recommend Boston Metro Painting. My house looked like a haunted house, with peeling paint and damaged trim. Their talented carpenter crafted trim to match the existing materials. An amazing crew showed up early and worked late for days--12 hour days. All were pleasant, behaved professionally, and knew what they were doing. Wendel oversaw the lead paint remediation very strictly. Patrick oversaw the daily crews, sometimes returning more than once in a day. The attention to detail sets this company apart. I appreciate their hard work, and my house looks great!

I called Boston Metro Solutions to assist me in cleaning the porch and front area of a house in Hingham, MA. At first, I called as an emergency, and I did not hear from this company before Pedro, who was on duty that day, set up a schedule, sent the quote, paid the fees, and the results were excellent, I asked to clean one side of the front area of the house, and Pedro went above and beyond to clean the entire region, the whole entrance, he took pictures and video of his job, and I was 100% satisfied with his job. I recommend Boston Metro Solutions, Inc.
For any water power machine, floors, walls, ceilings, etc. Thank you, Pedro. Great job.

I had the pleasure of working with Boston Metro Solutions recently They painted and refinished all of the molding and doors in my home and painted the kitchen, and breakfast rooms. In addition they also sanded, primed and painted my deck.I could not have been happier with the results.

The owners of the company constantly checked to make sure the painters were doing good job and they were! They were very responsive and easy to work with and I recommend them highly. It is indeed in my experience and unusual for the owners of a company to come by every other day to make sure the painting is going as planned and the work finished to my expectations

I couldn’t be happier with the work Boston Metro Solution did on my kitchen and dining room! From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to listen to my vision, offering valuable suggestions while ensuring every detail was exactly as I wanted. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in both spaces are outstanding, and they exceeded my expectations in every way.

They stayed on schedule, kept the work area clean, and were always available to answer any questions I had. The entire process was seamless, and the results speak for themselves.

I highly recommend Boston Metro Solution for any home renovation project. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none!

They did an outstanding painting job for us. They cleaned up the property at the end of everyday. They listened to our requests and tried their best to meet our expectations. In the end it was a beautiful exterior painting work. They also performed quite a few small odd jobs for us. We had a great experience working with them.

For a project involving the rebuilding of a wall and fire pit restoration, as well as the replacement of the deck railing system at the rear of our house, we contacted approximately ten contractors to assess the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, none of them were able to provide a proper technical assessment, with the exception of Boston Metro Solution.

From the very beginning, their team demonstrated the expertise and professionalism required to properly evaluate the situation. They presented a clear and comprehensive assessment of the work to be carried out, which gave us great confidence in their ability to complete the project successfully to our satisfaction. At this stage, we would like to acknowledge that Cunha Wendel did a highly professional job, in terms of his availability, his patience, and, more importantly, his ability to clearly explain every detail to us. Upon completion, the quality of the work they performed has proven that choosing Boston Metro Solution was the best decision we could ever make for this project.
For this and many others, we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality repair or renovation work for their home.

We hired this contractor and, to be fair, the quality of the work itself was very good. The finished project looks great, and the crew clearly knows what they’re doing. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional.

That said, the billing was completely unacceptable. The final invoice came in at nearly double the original estimate, even though the project did not change in scope. There were no major additions, no unexpected issues, and no clear communication that costs were increasing along the way. Getting a bill that far off from the estimate without explanation feels misleading at best.

An estimate should be reasonably close to the final cost—not off by such a huge margin with no warning. If there had been transparency or ongoing communication about pricing changes, this would be a very different review.

Proceed with caution. The workmanship may be solid, but make sure you get everything in writing and demand clear, upfront communication about costs, because that was a major failure here.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. They know all the components and referred us to the additional contractors that we needed to complete the job. Outstanding

I needed my retainer wall either replaced or repaired, Redmond came out to look at it. I was told they would get back to me with a price. I never heard back from them.

We've partner with Redman Contruction on projects and have always been surprised at how great the experience with. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone! - J, Alarm New England

Redman Construction did an Amazing job on a few project we had done on our house. We renovated our kitchen from top to bottom, re-sided the front of our house, replaced front windows and doors and added a large deck to the back. Everything was done perfect and the crew was great, especially the head carpenters James and Kris. Great company!!! Highly recommended!!!
