I once again had an amazing experience with South Shore Chem Dry, they are true professionals and so good at what they do! I had used other carpet companies and wasn't happy. Then I found SS Chem Dry and I would never use another company, they set the bar for me! They take such pride in what they do and go above and beyond to make certain I am a happy with the results! I wouldn't use any other company, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

We had two horrible red wine stains on expensive areas rugs that we never thought would come clean. South Shore Chem Dry came out and absolutely saved the day! Highly recommend!!

We had 2 area rugs cleaned by South Shore Chem Dry recently. The whole experience was positive from office staff to the cleaning itself that was quick (and quick drying) and thorough. Dave was professional but very friendly and explained everything about the process. Our rugs look great!

Brian called ahead and gave me an arrival time. Showed up when he said he would very pleasant and I didn’t feel rushed. He loved seeing my dogs. He explained that some of the stains may not come out which I understood. He was very thorough. The space smelled very sanitized and felt safe for my grand children to play on. We definitely recommend.

Dave and his team have been servicing my home for 25 years. I love the attention to detail, non-toxic solution and great service. The Swart family are amazing people and a great family business. I highly recommend them for carpet, floor, counter and upholstery cleaning. You can count on honesty and complete trust with your home.

The guy was efficient . He was on time and worked fast. He got all the tar off of our carpet it looks great again.

Furniture. Even if you think your sofa or chairs don’t seem that dirty the treatment brightens them up! I was surprised at the improvement. they also will take your outdoor cushions and clean them
Off site and bring them back to you all bagged up and ready for the next summer. Highly recommended!

Dave & Brian performed my carpet cleaning. They did a great job. They are very careful while moving furniture and take extra care in high traffic areas. I hired Maid Clean to clean a rental unit that I own. The new tenants were moving in the next day, so there was not a lot of room for error. Though the company knew it was a deep clean, they only sent one person who did not do a professional job. There were mounds of dust under the beds, the walls and corners had cobwebs, the bathroom fixtures were dusty, and the kitchen was not cleaned at all. The countertops were dirty, the stainless steel had rust-colored spots, the sink was a mess, none of the cabinets were cleaned, and even though I paid extra to have the oven cleaned, that needed more attention, as well. There was even dried milk on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Later that night, overwhelmed with the amount of dirt left behind, I had to ask a friend to help me so it would be ready the next day. When I called to complain, I was told that it was their policy to come back to fix any issues. This was not an option, since the tenants had already moved in. The owner eventually called me back and offered a $25. refund. It took two people four hours to clean the house after it was professionally cleaned! The amount of the refund was an insult. Do yourself a favor...call someone else if you're not interested in having to clean it yourself after they leave.

I found Priscilla through a review not knowing what to expect .. she came ready to work, knew exactly what she was doing, and worked fast but didn’t miss a spot! We have hired her to do monthly cleaning and everytime she leaves I feel so relieved and refreshed! She uses clean products, professional equipment and I never smell the chemical smell after a cleaning. I might add I have 7 young children, I was nervous at first but she embraces their company , even lets my little one “help”clean when she follows Priscilla around! I can’t say enough great things about her and her company!! We all get excited when she’s scheduled to come, we love her and all that she does!!

Priscila has been cleaning my home for a few months now, and I just have to say — she’s wonderful! I’m honestly amazed every single time she comes. She’s so thorough, hardworking, and professional. She’s quick too, and really knows how to organize things beautifully.

She cleans spots I never even thought about before, and my house always looks spotless and smells so fresh for days afterward. One thing I really appreciate is that she uses great cleaning products and actually washes my floors properly — not just a quick wipe with a dirty mop! My floors are white and shiny again, just like when they were new. Other cleaners never managed to do that!

She even takes care of my windows, the refrigerator, cabinets, baseboards, and doors — you name it, she does it.

The technician Jeff was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also fixed something that I would have had no idea how to fix. I would hear this constant flapping noise on windy days, now problem is solved with a small purchase of a new replacement cover with a magnet to also combat the wind. I was unaware the current one was not closing all the way which added to the situation. Very pleased with the service and did not try to "Upsell" as a lot of companies try to do. Was perfect.
