Trust 1 came out to diagnose an issue with our water heater, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Our technician, DJ Andrews, was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. DJ quickly identified the problem with the pressure switch and ignitor, explained our options clearly, and had the parts picked up and installed the same day. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Our system is now running smoothly, and we’re so grateful for his expertise and excellent service!

I am not sure where to begin. I am over the moon with the type of service we received from this company. We have had such a great experience from my first encounter which had to do with plumbing. We were blown away with the professionalism of the service and everything just went smooth. and honest. We then decided it was time for Central Air. Who better but TRUST1. And the name lives up to its definition. The 2 gentleman who came Brandon & Manny. Great great guys if I could give them 100 stars I would. Great workers. Hard working clean, professional, just true gentleman and when my husband asked them as few questions, they were more than happy to explain. You would not even know we had work done at our home they cleaned up behind themselves. We received service with a smile. Thank you so much gentleman and I look forward to seeing you again someday once I decide my next project.

Anthony and his team installed a tankless water heater for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to do that job. They installed it efficiently and were very professional. They explained step by step how they process was going to go. Would definitely recommend these guys for your next water heater

My elderly sister’s toilet quit working. I don’t live in Weymouth. Called Trust 1 and the response was fast, within 15 minutes I received a text confirming Eric C. would be there by 4pm. He arrived before 3 and had everything fixed in less than 30 minutes. Price was good for what I consider an emergency call. Eric was awesome, effective, and explained all the options with no pressure to upgrade. He was really nice and pleasant.

They online request and follow up with scheduling was timely with fast response. The plumber was prompt, explained everything and assessed my concern. I would use them again , price was higher than expected however the work was high quality.

Eric C was fantastic. He was so knowledge and personable. He explained everything and did an amazing job. Usually, these type of things and can take a day or two. He stayed and finished the job so we would have hot water that day, He was the kindest and caring person. He is a keeper for your firm.

Plumber was very efficient and got our faucet installed quickly and with no problems. He also gave me an estimate for another job we were considering.

Alyssa was my technician who came out and gave my furnace a tuneup. She was great. She explained the services that she did and even gave me some suggestions on some parts that will soon need to be repaired. I highly recommend this company.

My Technician took the time to explain the setup of my system, how I could optimize its longevity and efficiency, and how I could install certain components that would save costs and improve the health of my system in the long run. They even fit me into the schedule on a holiday, which I greatly appreciated. Nice to know that I can rely on Trust 1 for excellent service!

We had a very tricky problem with our hvac. We have zonal heating and one of the zones wouldn’t stop heating. I could only see one damper the other was hidden somewhere in the attic inaccessible. We had Akian person come and he was of no use. I had almost given up. Nick from Trust 1 was amazing!! He was there on time. Listened to my investigation so far and then figured out where the damper maybe, cut a hole in the ceiling, ordered the parts, replaced it and done. Very very professional. Thanks Nick and Trust1.

I’m remodeling both my bathrooms including replacing the tile floors. This involved removing/replacing the toilet and the vanities. Eric and Alyssa came to my house to do the removal of the toilet and vanity in the master bath. I also had them replace the shut off valves. They worked efficiently and did a great job. They respected my property and kept everything clean. Once my new tile floor was put in, DJ came to install the toilet and new vanity. He did a great job. In addition, DJ installed a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. Again, DJ respected me and my property. I would also like to mention the office personnel, Christine and Jerry who helped me arrange all of this. Once I schedule the flooring in my guest bathroom they will be back to repeat the process.

This company deserve 5 stars. From the moment I got in touch with Anthony, I felt confident about hiring them to work on my Navien heating system. The technician Andrew was very knowledgeable and ended up replacing the water pump and now is running great.

DJ our service Tech was great very personable and knowledgeable. Asked about the problem with our furnace . Told him the plumber said . He check it out out need parts & new bleed vents on all our radiators. Upfront & honest with the job and on pricing . We bought the service plan being new customers

Just had my kitchen drain serviced by Eric and his colleagues. Job took two days. Eric came on Tuesday afternoon with one colleague. They were both very respectful and professional. Quickly diagnosed the issue and worked diligently to fix the initial problem. Parameters of the job required Eric and a second colleague to return next day to complete the recommended repair. I forget the second colleague name but he was from Randolph and knew the zip code. Both offered great and efficient service and I will be referring them to anyone who needs the services of Trust 1. Eric appears to be a real go getter and is not satisfied till the job is done and done right. I like that!

Technician DJ Andrews was awesome. He correctly identified the problem after analyzing my tankless water heater in a courteous and professional manner. I was so impressed I signed up for a yearly maintenance.

I recently took advantage of TRUST 1's offer to have one of their agents visit my home to do a multi-point checkup on my boiler.
Meeting Alyssa Needham and talking with her as she completed her review of my Burnham unit was awesome. She was an informed subject matter expert and a truly good person. She make me want to do more business with Trust 1.

During a final walkthrough of my condo unit to get ready for tenants to move 2 days later, I noticed the heat was not working, and the air conditioning was blowing in the middle of Winter, even though the thermostat panel was blank. After looking through options on Angi, a company confirmed their appointment only to call me and cancel. However, they recommended Trust 1.

After submitting a quick request on the website, I quickly received a call from the office and the appointment was scheduled. During the conversation, I was informed of the window that the technician would arrive and what I could expect from Trust 1 (small fee for diagnostic testing/service, as the tech discovers issues, I'll be made aware of estimated costs prior to completing the work, goal is to fix the problem same day). My only issue was that I was given an afternoon slot the next day, leaving very little time to ensure the fix was completed.

On the day of the service, the office called me at 7:30a, informing me that there had been a cancellation and I could be moved up to first thing in the morning. While it was an unexpected change, I was so appreciative the scheduling team understood the situation I was in and adjusted once a window opened up.

When I got to the condo, I was greeted by Jake and Will, who arrived earlier than expected. After initially thinking a new thermostat would solve the issue, they ultimately decided to open the furnace to double check and make sure nothing else was happening. They quickly showed me where the issue was, the heat exchange was completely rotted in multiple areas, and a new furnace was going to be needed. They ultimately called to see if there was one in stock.

The team at Trust 1 ended up going to the warehouse and brought a brand new furnace in. With the help of Jeremiah and Sheung, who helped avoid further delay, the team of 4 successfully installed the furnace and had the heat up and running on the same day, ensuring my tenants could move in on time while also avoiding additional costs on my end for arranging alternative conditions, since my tenants were relocating from Florida.

The entire team at Trust 1 was incredible to work with, and while I don't know that I'll be needing major work from them in the future, I know where I'm going should I need HVAC help in the future. Thank you Jake, Will, Jeremiah, and Sheung!
