They did an outstanding painting job for us. They cleaned up the property at the end of everyday. They listened to our requests and tried their best to meet our expectations. In the end it was a beautiful exterior painting work. They also performed quite a few small odd jobs for us. We had a great experience working with them.

For a project involving the rebuilding of a wall and fire pit restoration, as well as the replacement of the deck railing system at the rear of our house, we contacted approximately ten contractors to assess the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, none of them were able to provide a proper technical assessment, with the exception of Boston Metro Solution.

From the very beginning, their team demonstrated the expertise and professionalism required to properly evaluate the situation. They presented a clear and comprehensive assessment of the work to be carried out, which gave us great confidence in their ability to complete the project successfully to our satisfaction. At this stage, we would like to acknowledge that Cunha Wendel did a highly professional job, in terms of his availability, his patience, and, more importantly, his ability to clearly explain every detail to us. Upon completion, the quality of the work they performed has proven that choosing Boston Metro Solution was the best decision we could ever make for this project.

I hired Maid Clean to clean a rental unit that I own. The new tenants were moving in the next day, so there was not a lot of room for error. Though the company knew it was a deep clean, they only sent one person who did not do a professional job. There were mounds of dust under the beds, the walls and corners had cobwebs, the bathroom fixtures were dusty, and the kitchen was not cleaned at all. The countertops were dirty, the stainless steel had rust-colored spots, the sink was a mess, none of the cabinets were cleaned, and even though I paid extra to have the oven cleaned, that needed more attention, as well. There was even dried milk on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Later that night, overwhelmed with the amount of dirt left behind, I had to ask a friend to help me so it would be ready the next day. When I called to complain, I was told that it was their policy to come back to fix any issues. This was not an option, since the tenants had already moved in. The owner eventually called me back and offered a $25. refund. It took two people four hours to clean the house after it was professionally cleaned! The amount of the refund was an insult. Do yourself a favor...call someone else if you're not interested in having to clean it yourself after they leave.

I found Priscilla through a review not knowing what to expect .. she came ready to work, knew exactly what she was doing, and worked fast but didn’t miss a spot! We have hired her to do monthly cleaning and everytime she leaves I feel so relieved and refreshed! She uses clean products, professional equipment and I never smell the chemical smell after a cleaning. I might add I have 7 young children, I was nervous at first but she embraces their company , even lets my little one “help”clean when she follows Priscilla around! I can’t say enough great things about her and her company!! We all get excited when she’s scheduled to come, we love her and all that she does!!

Priscila has been cleaning my home for a few months now, and I just have to say — she’s wonderful! I’m honestly amazed every single time she comes. She’s so thorough, hardworking, and professional. She’s quick too, and really knows how to organize things beautifully.

She cleans spots I never even thought about before, and my house always looks spotless and smells so fresh for days afterward. One thing I really appreciate is that she uses great cleaning products and actually washes my floors properly — not just a quick wipe with a dirty mop! My floors are white and shiny again, just like when they were new. Other cleaners never managed to do that!

I filled out the online request for information. Waited a week no one called. I called them directly gave the woman on the phone all my contact information. She told me a Salesperson would call me with in 24hrs. Another week and still no one has called or reached out. I would love to give them a 5 star review on there product and installation but unfortunately I won’t be able to do that because they won’t call back
