I called and ordered SEASONED fire wood, was told it would be delivered between 8-10 am, showed up at 11:25 not a big deal but, I had things to do.
I Stacked half the wood in my dry dehumidified basement. Two weeks later I went to use the wood in my fire place and was very smokey, would not burn and water steamed out the end.
I called Glynn Tree explained to the women my situation and she said "check your slip, you must have ordered GREEN wood" I explained I never got a slip I absolutely ordered SEASONED wood. Chris got on the phone and said he gave me the same wood he uses, there is nothing wrong with it, I must not know what I am doing. I nicely asked him to come over and show me how to do it. He hung up the phone.

1 cord of "fully seasoned" wood delivered. Pros - prompt delivery, great customer service, fair price (if I got what I paid for). Cons - wood is far from seasoned, very heavy, very wet, dark colored and dirty. Most pieces are irregularly sized - many are far to large to burn requiring me to split them which is a pain. I will be adding an additional chimney cleaning this year.
