Constraction reviews in Hanson, Massachusetts

Bob added a three-car garage, master bedroom, mater bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and laundry room addition to our existing historical home (built in 1891). Everything went extremely well and Bob designed the entire project himself. His workers were professional and worked very hard, even on those extremely hot July and August days. The project began in July, with an expectation/hope that it would be finished prior to Thanksgiving. Bob came through and the project was completed before Thanksgiving. Bob's crew also did some other work on the home that I had asked for including a new beam in the already-existing family room, re-shingling a few exterior walls, new gutters, new paint on the old parts of the home, and a few new windows. Bob also offered his personal advice/recommendations throughout the project which made making decisions much easier. I would highly recommend Bob for any and all construction needs. Any pictures of my addition, just ask Bob (there are plenty).

Our 100-year-old vacation home presented some unique challenges, including 2 chimney removals and the need to remove load-bearing walls for an open concept design. Bob and his crew were more than up to the task! He provided creative solutions, kept us informed throughout the process, and delivered exceptional results within our limited timeframe. We're thrilled with the quality of their work and the increased value it's brought to our property. Our rental calendar is filling up! Highly recommend!
