Jim was very thorough in his treatment (fertilizer + mosquito/tick) for my home and in the service report provided after. He rang the doorbell to say hello since it's the start of the season, which was a nice touch.

First application of the season and I was lucky enough to be home when Buddy arrived. I have been with many lawn care companies and my biggest complaint is that the employees are not personable or care what your property looks like. They come throw down what is on their sheet and offer no feedback even though you may have issues in the lawn. Today, Buddy immediately identified some snow mold and instructed me on how to deal with it. Henry was friendly to both my daughter and I and I look forward to working with Buddy this season!

The technician the worked on my lawn, Jim Cox, did a fantastic job. He rang the doorbell and connected with me prior to the treatment and explained what was going on and asked if he could answer any questions. It is great to get some personal face-to-face time with the technician to make sure I understood what was needed to keep my lawn looking good. Great Job Jim!

The team are always helpful and make suggestions based on the technicians report.

Once again Scott was very friendly, went about the task at hand and did a very thorough, professional job. It's also nice to get the same lawn tech back again.

8/28/24 Scott L and Sergei came out today and went above and beyond what we've come to expect these days. Very knowledgeable, did a great job mentoring Sergei, explained everything and offered advice, but most important he is willing to listen to you. Always a pleasure and as previously mentioned it is nice to get the same tech every visit.

04/ 24/25 Chris Madeira did our first treatment this year. He listened well, and went about his job in a timely and efficient manor. He help answer a question I had about the notification process.

07/15/25 James showed up early, went right to applying the application, blew off the driveway without ever getting off the power spreader and was gone by the time I realized the sound was in my yard.
