Reviews of local pros in Harvard, Massachusetts

Adam was great to work with. He was responsive, communicated proactively and clearly, came when he said he would, and did excellent work for a fair price. I highly recommend him.

Adam was awesome to work with. We had an emergency after our contractor cut a wire he wasn't supposed to and we lost power to part of our house. I contacted Adam for the first time that night and he was here the next morning. The problem was fixed in under an hour. Restored power to our master bedroom and our son's room. His pricing was extremely fair and his communication with us was top-notch. I would hire Adam again without hesitation.

Adam and team did excellent work on our job. Adam came to our home and I explained the job, which resulted in a clear line item bid. Job was done with extremely high quality, communication and professionalism.
Adam is highly recommended.

Rick is is the best!

Awesome customer service great work

Prompt, diligent, and friendly service at a fair price.

Excellent service! Rick and his team are very responsive and accomodating to our schedule. They are a fun, trustworthy team. We’re very happy with the services they provide.

They respond very promptly and courteously and seem quite competent. No plumber is cheap these days, but they seam reasonable.
Any plumber who returns your call is in the 99th percentile. These guys return your call the same day.

Rick West himself personally showed up today to tidy some plumbing issues.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with him.

Skilled, seasoned, highly experienced plumber that addresses all issues and prices fairly.
I wish he’d have accepted our coffee

Super conscientious, responsive and skilled.
Good people who you want to hire.
All plumbers are expensive so you want to pick a good one. Pick West

I have had West Plumbing out for two jobs in the last several years. On time and professional, first rate in all respects. Don't hesitate to use them

We have used West for years and highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. Rick is super knowledgeable even for the most unusual systems such as our composting toilet system in a summer cabin. We wish every trade person would be as kind or as professional as Rick West!

Three Seasons Landscaping did an outstanding job with tree removal at my home. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and offered very competitive pricing. The team was professional from start to finish, and even went above and beyond by taking care of a couple of extra trees at no additional cost.

Bonus points: they brought treats for my dogs when I took them out—definitely a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend.

We have been wanting to landscape a difficult slope in our yard for many years but never knew where to begin. I am so glad we contracted with Three Seasons. From our first meeting, Mike was motivated to be creative and design something unique. The plants he chose and the layout for this space is absolutely beautiful. The crew worked hard and cleaned the sight meticulously before leaving. I will definitely be returning for future landscaping projects and highly recommend this business.

Three Seasons took my yard from worst to first! I could write a lengthy review about how they were responsive, professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. But I think these photos speak for themselves. I love my landscape! The first overgrown photo is from before- we had tried to cut the plants down ourselves, to no avail. The second is after, and what a difference! There are other projects I want to get done, and I can’t wait to work with TSL on my other landscaping projects!

I hired three seasons for a spring cleanup, garden bed edging and new mulch install. The beds were in pretty rough shape when they arrived, but after only 2.5 hours with their team, the yard looked amazing. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for other jobs. Their pricing was good and the quality of work was great.
