Very professional and communicative. After being ghosted by several local well known electrical contractors I was recommended to Paciorek. The owner was knowledgeable and gave me all the tools to make my decisions. Good work and my tenants are very happy. They also turned around this job quickly even though it was close to a holiday weekend. I really appreciate Tim and his team.

Paciorek Electric came to my home and quickly gave me an estimate. The work was scheduled, the communication was great, the electrician came out and the work was done. We added an additional GFI outlet for an upcoming sump pump without any fuss.

We had first time generator maintenance performed and were very pleased by Rocky's professionalism attention to detail and knowledge of the product. We will be having them return for other needed work. We were very satisfied.

I purchased a Kholer generator about five years ago and the company I purchased it from were horrible. When it came time to have the annual maintenance I called Paciorek. The technician that provided the service was amazing. The company that installed it had to replace the computer controls because of a failure out of the box. They never set it up properly and it wasn’t idling properly. The Paciorek technician set it up properly and it is running perfectly. I now have them do the annual maintenance every year. This year while here I had an issue with the wall jack for my phone. He repaired the issue and at no extra charge. Super service and everyone I deal with is professional and friendly.

As a homeowner restoring a 120 year old home, I wouldn't trust the electrical to anyone else. Tim P also helped on very short notice when we discovered the generator wasn’t working when the Utility company cut power on the street to complete transformer work. Turns out the battery had expired, which he replaced and did a full system check.

The customer centric service is amazing! We are notified before the scheduled appointment, texted with a picture of the technician when he is on his way and sent a follow-up evaluation request. Always, the team members are competent, friendly and very professional.

Rocky has done the last few generator services & he is always great to connect with - even my border collie likes him !! I don’t recall the tech’s name that installed the ceiling fans but he went out his way to troubleshoot a start / rotation issue that he identified and connected with the manufacture’s service techs to resolve (which included a free replacement for the two high ceiling fans); he spent an hour on the phone, speaking a trade language that I could barely understand but was so grateful to have the assist.

My dental office flooded in July 2024. Upon arrival my first call was to the fire department and my second was to Tony at Paciorek Electric. Tony came over right away even though it was after hours and made sure the office was safe for us to be in. After our renovation we had Tim In to do some additional work. The team at Paciorek are professional and take pride in their work. Northampton Implant & Family dentistry highly recommends their services!

Tim responded quickly to our call (new customers) to install wiring for an induction stove which was replacing a gas range. Chris did the work expertly and neatly, on time. We are very pleased with their work! Will definitely call them again as needed. Especially nice to call and talk to a real person~in our case, Tim!! Much appreciated!
