We have used AM/PM for over 20 years. Mitch and Scott are knowledgeable about all plumbing matters, have always been responsive and are very reasonably priced.

I called this company and they returned my phone call with in 10minutes. Mitch came to my home earlier than he said on the phone AND on the same day! He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently . I now have hot water again!!! Thanks very much!

We've been using AM/PM for my place of work and I'm always incredibly satisfied with their team. I've even interrupted the work they were doing to ask them to help with a task they were not originally there to do and received only kindness and a hand. Good people who work hard and do things right.

I've used Mitch several times for repairs mostly but also to replace our hot water heater. Timely, professional and reasonably priced. Happy to refer him to others.

AM/PM replaced my leaky, ready to fail, 1950's combo boiler with a new high efficiency on demand combo boiler. They made the switch from oil heat to propane without a problem and the work looks very professional. My house is warm and the new system is much quieter.

We recently discovered a sewer backup in our basement at 8 AM on a Friday, called Mitch and he came within the hour to assess the situation. He then cleared the sub basement obstruction by late afternoon. This most recent response to our urgent need was typical Mitch. He's been our plumber for decades and has always responded to an urgent need in a timely fashion. He and his employees are always courteous and fastidious and always fix the problem whether the need is urgent or not.

AM/PM has responded quickly and professionally to all our plumbing needs, which in an old house have been numerous. Recently we had a sewer backup, which required removing & replacing a section of pipe and clearing the line. They always do a great job and are a pleasure to deal with.

Nothing makes me sadder than leaving a negative review, but I feel obligated to warn people away from AM/PM Plumbing. Mitch, the owner, is dishonest and litigious, and he wasted an enormous amount of my time. My woes began August of last year, when I called him for an estimate for some work on my house, which he provided - so far, so good.

It's standard practice for contractors to provide estimates free of cost, but several weeks later I received a bill from AM/PM Plumbing for $100, for a "service call" (the estimate - Mitch never provided me any service of any kind). I received the bill after I informed Mitch I wouldn't be going ahead with one of the items we talked about, a tankless water heater installation, and I got the impression the $100 bill was retaliation for turning down a big-ticket item.

I'd also like to point out that the estimate I received from AM/PM was... fishy. One of the work items had no price - "pricing to follow", I think that was the explicit language in place of a dollar amount. Needless to say, I didn't sign the estimate. In fact, I never signed anything with AM/PM, for which I'm extremely grateful.

None of this stopped Mitch from taking me to small claims court last month, on June 10th - for $5,000! All for work that Mitch admitted under oath that he never did, for a contract he admitted I never signed. Needless to say the claim was thrown out of court: docket number 1545C000293, Trial Court of Massachusetts, District Court Department, Small Claims Session, 15 Gothic St. in Northampton, MA.

There are plenty of great plumbers out there, but AM/PM ain't one of them. Stay far, far away!
