DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 3 Days in a row they did not show up to clean my carpets. I called and they didn’t even call me back. Totally unreliable!

I reside in Hingham, but also own a condominium in the same place. Recently, I got a call from the unit above ours about a water heater that had burst. Since they were away on vacation, the water had been running for almost a week to 10 days, causing significant damage. I had no other option but to call in a professional carpet cleaning service. The carpet cleaning service came highly recommended and they not only saved our unit, but also removed damaged drywall, cabinets, bathroom vanities, and flooring in the master bedroom, among other things. They managed all this just based on a call from me, such a relief! I was able to pay them while the work was ongoing and they thoroughly dried everything out. I am not sure what I would have done without their help. They even proposed a plan to restore the unit to its original state and provided me with all the necessary information to do so. The restoration work hasn't been completed yet, but I had a meeting with keith to discuss the details of the restoration. He did an excellent job with the unit above us and I am confident that he will do an equally great job with ours. I will keep you updated on the progress of the project, hopefully soon!

Once he finished, he returned all our furniture to the porch. I can't express enough how great Eric was throughout the entire process. The carpet looks fantastic and adds a beautiful touch to our porch. I would definitely recommend this company for their excellent service!
